Back after many many years and the place is as incredible as I remember it. Flawless service, impeccable atmosphere, well appointed rooms with all the comfort. It’s not a new hotel but an example of a place that if anything has gotten better with time

Hotel's Favorite
At The Peninsula Bangkok, this is my 1st time stay that so impressed for my staycation with my friend. I would said that it is top-notch service hospitality. Urban Oasis Hotel along the Chao Phraya River. When you stay at hotel you will feel a time stop. That was a precious moment when looking over the stunning view of Chao Phraya River and the city. My room is Deluxe Balcony Room that is elegant contemporary style with classic that. So Luxury thai style and comfort. The room is well equipped and well maintained. Functional control panel to control all the light, TV, curtain, Air Con etc. Sumptuous marble bathroom with exclusive bath amenities. The balcony is the perfect spot for scenic panorama along the city and Chao Phraya River. View from the hotel is the perfect spot to capture memorable moments. The best pool with view the river. The staff at pool that is best service-minded and helpful. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle boat services to Tak Sin Bridge BTS and Icon Siam. Breakfast near the river is the best moment to start your day with quality Food.

We stayed in March 2022 for 1 night which wasn't enough! Many thanks to all members of staff who contributed to making our stay very special. Evening buffet excellent with so much choice same at breakfast. I would like to thank the duty manager who was unfortunately able to get me one of the Peninsula elephants as they were a special edition, perhaps next time.

Used to Peninsula since 2002, after several years still remain a benchmark for luxury service. Great staff, well mantained, breakfast is complete and refined. I usually book a deluxe suite, stunning view on the river. TIP: some improvements to the gym, as it is quite small, maybe could be done

This was my 2nd time to Bangkok, and also the 2nd time to stay at the Peninsula. I loved the first trip so much (10 years ago) that I didn't really even consider staying anywhere else...and once again, it did not disappoint. We had a perfect stay. Fantastic service and staff, fabulous room, pool and spa are impeccable, and the breakfast can't be beat. I love this hotel!!

Second time at the Peninsula and it surpassed our high expectations. Nothing is too much trouble, and the quality is truly exceptional. If things go wrong, which sometimes they do, it is a mark not a great organisation when it is put right, and how quickly. This is an absolutely top of the range hotel. Brilliant

Lovely riverside with views from EVERY room, clean, and tastefully decorated. Great buffet restaurant. For breakfast they had a huge spread with lots of yummy choices, Dimsum, made to order noodle wanton soup, Indian food, Western (great bacon!) customizable Eggs Benedicts, thai Mango they slice right in front of you, lots of pastries, cheese, yoghurt, the works! We love the location, you can take the hotel river ferry to the Icon Siam Mall, cross over to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel for afternoon tea at the Author’s Lounge or drinks at the Bamboo Bar. Room has a good layout, with a nice sofa and desk, quality linen, pillows. Happy that we had a walk-in closet. Special mention to the housekeeping staff who left our rooms clean everyday and consistently made us feel pampered, quickly responding to our requests. The staff at pool were also accommodating and helpful. Get their poolside happy hour cocktails! We really appreciate the personal touch the Peninsula gives guests. Wonderful time there!

My partner and I just spent 2 weeks in Thailand, our first 5 nights were in Phuket where the resort (Paresa) was gorgeous but the service was a bit lacking. Once we flew into Bangkok and put ourselves at the hands of the Peninsula’s staff, from moment one things became the relaxing 2 year anniversary celebration we had hoped for! From the airport pickup (1000% smoother than Paresa’s) to the check-in (they brought us to our room and took our info there so that once we were done we could just collapse into the bed!) to any requests of housekeeping (honestly, thought they made it to our room with fresh towels and additional water before I even hung up the phone!) to the staff at the Spa and breakfast, every single person we interacted with was a delight. Other standouts: - Seriously the spa. Okay so yes, we were getting foot massages basically on the daily because it’s Thailand but the Peninsula Spa services were heavenly - The breakfast! A true Asian hotel breakfast experience with SO many choices, made to order noodles, made to order Benedict’s, more pastries than my partner could try over the course of 6 days! - Housekeeping - we called the first night for extra towels and water and somehow they must have realized - these folks are sweaty and thirsty! So every other night we had extra bottles already laid out when we returned from our temple tours!! - Finally, airport return service, they actually had staff at the airport who whisked us through check-in and to the Fast Track line (which I didn’t realize our tickets got us!). A blessing for a 5am airport arrival to have a handler on site! We will for sure be returning! 1 pro tip, the Peninsula is on the other side of the river as most of the “stuff” we were doing throughout, so on the days we didn’t have a private car, getting a Bolt was somewhat difficult. Advice is to either book a car each day ahead of time or see if you can take public transit because Bangkok traffic is UNREAL and adding to that additional wait time for a car is nerve wracking!

The Peninsula never fails to disappoint .A luxury hotel at its best.We stayed in a grand delux room with Iconsiam view .Well appointed rooms. The hotel is very classy and reflects luxury .The restaurants offer river view and serves delicious food. The only drawback for us was a kids room missing .We felt that a small kids room or some kid activities would have been ideal .
