Nice hotel nearby Chaophaya river with big garden. Good price and big room. The hotel is a bit old but still comfortable with the river view room type. Chicken rice is perfect and pork knuckles chinese style is also good. Buffet breakfast is quiet simple however it is still good taste.

This hotel is a very very great place to stay, it’s a very safe neighborhood and close walking distance to some coffee shops, Starbucks, a mall, and a 7/11. This hotel staff goes above and beyond to satisfy and accommodate their guests. They got us a taxi anytime that we requested one because we were tired of being ripped off so they made sure we got a taxi that ran the meter! Amazing. They were extremely helpful with where to go and things to do, and the restaurant there is also good. They also have a cute little food truck in the back on the water with a very nice vibe.
Again, I cannot express how LOVELY the staff is, and the man at the front by the door is the sweetest! He carried our bags up and was so helpful. Truly a wonderful stay and wonderful experience. If I ever come back to bangkok this will be where I stay.
OH and the massages!! And the pool area wow! Incredibly clean this whole hotel is 5-stars.

Location not central, needed tuk tuks. Good view of river (no balcony). Hotel is old and dated. Had nice room on 19th floor. Lots of noise and door slamming from 2. 30am for over an hour. Contacted reception as unable to sleep and told someone would come but never did. Complained the following day and apology offered. Expected to be moved but told the guests had checked out and was given complimentary fruit - 2 mini Bananas, 2 apples and 1 orange, very disappointed. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and breakfast was very good. Lovely swimming pool. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Booked a more expensive room as they advertised the Executive corner room allows access to their Club Lounge which I enjoy. Arrived at the hotel and on first impression appeared to be closed. No staff to help with my suitcase . Went to reception and only then was my case taken from me. No mention of the Club lounge. When I asked I was told because of the pandemic they don`t offer it any longer. I said that I paid for a more expensive room to access the club lounge as they advertised it was available. Just got a sorry . Even when I said i would have booked a standard room had I known and I wasnt happy as i booked and paid for a facility which didn`t exist!. I note they are still advertising they have a club lounge! Went to restaurant for lunch. My partner received her meal although it wasn`t what she ordered but as we were hungary she ate it happily. I waited for my mine and waited.. My partner had now finished her lunch and we both waited and waited. I decided I would just get the bill and go somewhere else for lunch. My partner went to the restroom and my lunch arrived! Ok i started to eat as I hadn`t had breakfast , What a disapointment. If you dont know how to cook a clasical french dish don`t put it on the menu! Coq au Vin is not steamed leg of chicken with a sauce over it! I finished my meal and was still hungary! Fortunately I only booked for 1 night and I wont be staying there again. The receptionist said she would let someone know about the club lounge being advertised. .Seems the want to advertise non existing facilities. A fire star Hotel.. badly managed and bad service. !

Nice view. Nice Service. Food & Beverage are perfect. Montien Hainanese Chicken Rice(THB 360/set), signature dish of Montien Riverside Hotel, is the dish that you must try. I think I will come back here again soon.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Very professional and most helpful. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The reception areas are very grand and extremely comfortable. The European breakfast was disappointing, congealed eggs, poor quality sausages and bacon greasy and difficult to digest. However the Thai breakfast was fabulous, and could not be faulted. The restaurant food was very delicious, very well priced and a very good choice of dishes. The service was definitely five star.

Awesome food and services. Staff was spectacular and helped with our last minute request for a birthday gift with candles. Highlights include peking duck, moo krob Hong Kong, lava pao, and wanton soup. Really good food!

The view of the Chao Phraya river is great. My bedroom was big and comfortable on the 18th floor. Excellent swimming pool and facilities around it: gym, bar and changing room. The breakfast is abundant and with a wide variety of both eastern and western food. It is a big hotel but it has 6 elevators and a huge lobby in two floors. It is not close to the main city attractions but it offers free shuttle 4 times a day to make up for that. It has a bar/restaurant right next to the river where the food is not that great. It needs a bit if painting on the outside to restore the greatness it must have had.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating specially the concierge team they are very professional. Hotel is located near terminal 21 and 7-11 which is convince and they offer free shuttle to some places. Room is average spacious but a bit outdated room amenities are average. The WIFI is the only issue Very poor WiFi connection. Stay is okay for someone like us who only use the hotel to sleep not to use the facility.

Hotel Stay for 1 night Only. good to average experience with in stay. At the out side hotel gate less parking area. Now enter into reception lobby very good area and go for room there were elevators average, waiting time more on board to elevator. e.g. waiting time more for go to room. Our package include breakfast Number of hot, live food dishes in Breakfast items, cold drinks, milk, tea, coffee, fruits etc...Such a good average experience with in stay. Because our original plan check in time 1400 PM but Thomas Cook India, Asian Trial and with this Hotel change the ternary one sided with out confirmed. We did requested frequent about please be on time check in, but all are one sided provided us check in dtd. 26 August 2023 at 2200 PM and check out 27 August 2023 in 1000 AM. Regarding hotel check in experience by Thomas Cook India and with Asian Trials Very poor.
