Spend a weekend at a five stars hotel in Bangkok is not an easy choice since I live in a town nearby that take just merely an hour to get to. Well, thanks to the government’s Travel Together Campaign that gave a chance to do so. I am impressed with the hotel in all aspects. It is still new and clean fits for both business and leisure. Airy and comfortable as well. Feels like staying in Japan. The room is well designed. Comfortable and functional. Amenities offered, including a bird origami given to guests at the turndown service each night. Breakfast offered a wide range of food even in a time of covid-19 pandemic though. Lastly, thanks to all the hotel staffs from entering to leaving, you’re all impressed me.

We are a couple who came to Okura hotel by the advice of friends and we were pleasantly surprised by the Japanese service at all levels. Everything is only details professionalism, kindness and helpfulness, not to mention the breakfast service and the catering where we were always very well received by Mr Breeze, the assistant manager who beautifully orchestrates the Lobby restaurant. Do not hesitate to have breakfast, it is fabulous ... à la carte service with a different menu. Having an aperitif at the end of the day on the small terrace on the lobby level is highly recommended. The service of the spa is extremely refined, it is a must .... We also warmly thank Nieck the GM of the hotel who is very attentive and who knows how to recognize, these customers from time to time and he all the more very friendly, I will return to this hotel regularly each time I stay in Bangkok. I took a membership card that I recommend to anyone coming, for the first time because without hesitation once you've won it, grab it right away to immediately enjoy all these benefits. Treat yourself to the best ... Raphaël & Muriel

Okura Prestige is one of the best 6 stars hotels in Bangkok. There is the perfect place for staying and relaxing. Since we checked-in, the beautiful front office manager ( Khun Dania ) take care us to the room. She always very helpful and friendly. Anyway, all staff are very nice and extremely polite wherever we go. The Japanese restaurant ( Yamazato) have very good food, good taste and great service. The infinity pool on 24 floor is the most comfortable and beautiful with stunning views.

We recently enjoyed a brilliant staycation on our maiden visit to Okura Bangkok.  From Khun Waranya of Reservations' emails in advance of our stay to the final farewells of her Front Desk colleagues, every member of this Okura team made us feel the warmth of sincere Japanese-style omotenashi. Having stayed at Okura in Japan before, we are familiar with this brand's superb service but we especially mention Khun Waranya, Khun Lucky and colleagues who all made our copper anniversary truly special, including their kind gesture to upgrade us to a romantic corner suite (luxuriously equipped on the 32nd floor which coincidentally overlooked our former offices at the Witthayu and Sarasin corner - deja vu!). We also appreciated the late checkout offered which gave us time to leisurely enjoy the superb infinity pool. Dinner at Yamazato was among the first positive impressions we had of the hotel's attention to details and the Chef's authentic kyoryori was considerate and beautiful. Breakfast at Up & Above was served as a la carte buffet due to Covid19 measures but that made us feel even more at ease and allowed us to enjoy a relaxing yet indulgent brekkie. These were merely the highlights but what more can one ask for when staycationing on a special occasion? It was a brief one-night stay but, as I confessed at check-out, this brilliant stay has made us want to return and convinced us to unreservedly recommend the Okura Bangkok to our close friends and family. Highly recommended!
