It was our 3rd and last staycation weekend during this trip and we are so happy to have kept the best for the end. It was a truly memorable weekend. From the moment we were greeted at the entrance when we arrived Friday morning to the final farewell waving when leaving today and everything in-between was simply superb. Check in was hassle free and everything was ready despite an early arrival, including a lovely breakfast already on arrival day. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful welcome note and yummy treats from Khun Menn, our outstanding butler. He is the kindest person you can meet and his desire to make you feel welcome, appreciated and special is authentic and genuine. All his little surprises throughout the weekend were a special touch and wonderful moments of happiness. As said the room was spacious and the bedding super comfortable. The view over the Royal Bangkok Sports Club is special, given you're in the mids of the city. Direct access to the BTS with one stop to Siam Paragon makes it a perfect location for business and leisure travellers alike. The pool and gym are nicely maintained and equipped. Breakfast selection is sufficient and well assorted. Only minor bummer throughout our perfect stay was the dinner (lamb) on Saturday night. The CHEF didn't bother to come out and apologise but the service staff and the manager reacted very professional and handled the situation to our fullest satisfaction. With that thought back to the staff: everyone we encountered was highly motivated and represented the St. Regis very well. Every employee we met made us feel welcome and appreciated. We can highly recommend the St. Regis as one of the top hotels in Bangkok and are looking forward to visit and stay there again once time and travel allows.…
I have been here for a staycation in Bangkok. The service standard is flawless. Kris, the front mgr. is very friendly. Mew is a very great butler, she served me warmly. And the butler service desk Nicole, she help me a lot that give the useful inf. I will be here again actually.
The St. Regis Bangkok is a wonderful hotel to celebrate any occasion. We were lucky enough to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary in a corner suite overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club. Our stay was made all the better with round the clock service from the hotel's butler team, which was headed by Khun Men. Given that from 1st April 2021, The St. Regis is celebrating its 10th anniversary, there has never been a better time to spoil yourself and your loved ones.
The best address described not only St Regis Bangkok but also St Regis around the world. All staff, K Nelly Front Desk, K Oat Concierge, and the rest I do not mention are the best. Facilities such as Swimming Pool, Gym, Relaxation area in the spa are wonderful. Last but not least, Food at Viu both dinner and breakfast are premium.
The hotel room looks a little bit old but has good maintenance. Bed & Pillows are soft and comfortable. All butlers have good service mind and prompt respond. Breakfast area is small and crowded but food's quality and taste can compensate it. The only thing in the room that I don't like is shower amenity. Its scene is too masculine. Having bubble bath with this scent isn't relax experience at all.
