Met our expectation totally with excellent & friendly service, comfortable room, good amenities. Located behind Siam Paragon gives you easy access to many food choices, shopping. Too bad the highly acclaimed Sra Bua restaurant was closed for renovation on the week we were there. Ate there last year & totally enjoyed the experience. The only complain about the hotel is accessibility especially during evening peak traffic. We waited 40 mins for a taxi because the road leading to the hotel from the main road was badly congested & slow-moving, so if you're gong anywhere for dinner, please factor in at least 1 hour waiting time for taxis.

We knew exactly where we wanted to commemorate my 60th birthday … based on our previous experiences at Siam Kempinski, the decision was obvious! The hotel has been our home in Bangkok ever since our first stay at this property in 2014 and we haven’t had any doubts that we will always keep returning 3-4 times a year! We love Bangkok and staying at the Siam Kempinski is a major part of the reason we keep coming back. Our 9-day stay was highlighted by the special attention given to us to celebrate my birthday and I wish to personally give my commendations to our Gent in Red: K. Fam , our Lady in Red: K.Jasmine, the people up at the Executive Lounge: Manager Tidathip, and K.Anchalee. Special thanks goes to K.Takky and K.Frank for presenting me with heartfelt gifts to make my day extra memorable . Our lunch at SRA BUA was exceptional, as usual, with K.Peck being the ever so gracious host during our meal. During the special Italian-French tie up for the Sunday Brunch at ALATI, Executive Chef Carlo was very happy to see us again and made certain that all our dishes were perfectly prepared. My kindest thanks also goes out to the Housekeeping staff who kept our Suite impeccably clean & fresh throughout our stay, as well as the birthday decorations laid out to surprise me on my special day! This was our second time staying at this hotel in Bangkok - the first time didn’t disappoint and neither did the second! Location was perfect as it is conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to the malls etc. The experience we had (again) from check-in, breakfast and the staff at the kids club made it perfect. A compliment to Cartoon, First and everyone else at the kid’s club to making it a memorable stay for our daughter, Michelle! Thank you!

Many thanks to K. Supannee (Oh) for inviting my family and I to come enjoy a lovely Christmas evening at the Lobby! There was lovely food from the F&B team, and wonderful performances from the harpist Madame Wang, ballet dancers, singers, and photo opportunities with Mr & Mrs. Claus! Great service, great food, great hospitality. Hotel is very luxury and royalty. Staffs are great and friendly. It’s convenient to shopping. You don’t have to take any transportation to go around the mall. Hotel provides golf cart for customers 24 hours.

Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok continues to maintain their high standards of service. Staff across the hotel are all very professional- hospitable and approachable. Some would even go out of their way to assist. One of them was Chananan. A big thank you to her and all the lovely staff at the entrance, room cleaning department and breakfast service. Beautiful hotel and an oasis of calm in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. From the moment we walked through we were well looked after and experienced excellent professional service from all the staff at the hotel. The room was excellent. Well proportioned with all needs met. The complimentary minibar is an excellent touch. The breakfast experience was great - aswell as the buffet they have a breakfast menu to order from also. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Particular shout out to Farhan who used to be at the door that gave access to the mall. Always greeted us with a smile and Salam.
