The Akyra Thonglor Bangkok lives up to its online expectations This was my 1st trip to Thailand so I relied on online reviews to choose my hotel . The location was ideal being close to everyting . My room was very clean . The gym had everyting I needed to get a good workout in . The best things is the hotel atmosphere is very peaceful good for relaxation and the best part that about the staff was very friendly , especially " Jay " She very friendly , greeted with a warm welcome , she made me Comfortable and always attentive to everyone . I will definitely go back again.

Aykra Thonglor is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Thailand, though the price is steep. But what makes the hotel tick is the service of the staff. Excellent and friendly service from all the floor staff. They were Ms Jay, Mr Ya, Mr Yuki, Ms Jing and the lady that checked me in on the 17th May noon. And I would like to also mention that Ms Jay went out her way to always attend to my requests, really thankful to her. In addition, the breakfast was superb and all the staff there were great! Do keep up the great work, team! I will be back .

Highly recommended. I like the fact that this hotel is classy/tasteful, yet relatively low profile. The location is fantastic, in the Thonglor area, and rooms are cozy and clean. Modest but pleasant/comfortable pool, gym and restaurant facilities. But perhaps most outstanding is its staff, attentive and accommodating, responsive and helpful. The professionalism and hospitality of Jay and the dedication and service of Mon really make a big difference.

Been staying1.5 months in Akyra and as a SLH, the hotel not just surpassed in hardware, but the guest relations and concierge service definitely arr both hbeyond expectation. Most staff are proactive, helpful and possess great attitude Thanks to Jay our lounge lady who always greet with a smile and always friendly. Concierge team Tey, Big, Mr Ya are all experienced and can provide helpful advice and recommendation. Especially Tey always professional snd attentive. The use of Line apps as a means of communication with the team ( guest relations snd concierge) is responsive to request and timely. Swimming pool is of decent size and not to mention that they have a fabuloud secret bar with great ambience. Yet, F&B variety and taste profile can be further enhanced. All in all, this place really connects with you as guest and provides high satisfaction allowing you to have a memorable and enjoyable holiday. For me, Will definitely return.…
