My sister and I stayed here for 7 nights and our high expectations were exceeded! The Pattern is a small, boutique property in a quiet residential area in Thonburi. It was perfect for us as we wanted something close to transit but away from the chaos of the downtown core that would be cozy and comfortable. We don't need too many luxuries and this hotel suited us very much.
Location: 5 mins walk from BTS Krung Thonuri. You are not really walking distance to any main attractions, but you can take transit easily. The area has a local vibe that we appreciated. Many street food stands nearby, convenience stores, and good restaurants at Cena Fest (a small mall with a grocery store). There is also a very cute cafe next to the BTS station called take.a.shot.
Room: we had room L2, which has a queen bed and a twin bunk. It was small but cozy, with a cute swing! Everything was very clean. Cable reception was not great in this room, so we couldn't watch TV but it wasn't a big deal. The A/C worked great which is key in this hot weather. The mini fridge is a nice way to keep drinks cool. Our only feedback to improve this room would be hand soap by the sink + more hooks for hanging clothes. We noticed that the rooms on the 3rd floor are more traditional and have a bigger closet.
Facilities: the lobby area is so cute and they have some interesting books on Bangkok and Thai culture! They have a laundry machine and it costs just 20 baht for a load. They were kind enough to give us space and extra hangers to let our clothes air dry.
Breakfast: the breakfast was amazing!! We are so glad we opted for the room + breakfast option. The Thai breakfast was great as it was different each day, e.g. egg drop soup, red curry, stir fried veggies, cashew chicken. You also get fresh fruit or yogurt, plus tea/coffee. Their lattes are so good!!
Service: all the staff were really helpful and friendly! They helped us get a taxi to the airport and recommended places to eat.
Overall, we had an excellent stay here. It was great for a longer stay as we really felt like we were at home and not in a hotel!

Their people went out of their way to make our stay in Bangkok a pleasure. Phat and Anna provided us with very helpful tips in going around the city. Goy helped us in communicating with Grab (thanks to Grab for returning the wallet dropped in their car).
The design has a clean, light and airy feel. We booked the L2 Grand Deluxe Room which has a big bed for two and one bunk bed above. What is efficient is the separation of the shower, toilet and sink which allows simultaneous use of the facilities by 3 persons. We three women appreciate the big mirror aside from the mirror in front of the sink.
Food (Thai breakfast) was excellent, at par with the Bib Gourmand restaurants that we searched for all over the city.
Bedsheets are clean and crisp.
One small improvement is if they could provide more hooks or small towel rods in the shower and toilet.
This hotel provides value for your money - highly recommended.

With the decline in Agoda's standards, I wasn't expecting much of this place but after being let down by a different establishment, we needed a room for the night. Reluctantly using Agoda again to book, having a room available on the same day I was skeptical that it would be any good. How wrong I was! The only gripe I have was actually finding the place but it was dark so it wasn't too big a gripe to be of any consequence. Once we were through the doors it was such a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff all ready to help. We were shown to our room and I was in awe of how such a small place could squeeze so much cool in. Still, I was ready to be let down by the room. Wrong again! The room was small but again, managed to fit us all in comfortably. 2 adults and 3 kids trooped into the tardis and immediately felt at ease. No need to clean, no need to complain or ask to change room, or indeed ask anything. I was quite frankly amazed. We arrived late and had to eat on the cheap. There is a 7/11 just around the corner (2 minute walk) so we bought some microwave meals and went back to the Pattern. There is a communal microwave next to the communal computers which is good, clean and powerful. Within half an hour we were all satisfied and relaxed in the room. After we were all showered in the clean and tidy bathroom, we settled down for a peaceful sleep in the perfectly temperate and quiet room. We checked out in the morning and again the staff were all happy and helpful. I honestly don't have a bad word to say. It makes such a refreshing change to be able to write a good review and I really cannot fault this place. Excellent!

This is a lovely and thoughtfully designed hotel. Our family of five stayed in the XXL room for three nights which was a great space - the kids loved the bunk bed and loft space and it was a nice bonus to have the balcony. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Staff were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

The Pattern Boutique Hotel is super cute. Lovely entrance are with cosy seats to work and hang out. Very friendly staff, especially S who was always there in the morning and very attentive to our needs. The rooms are a bit small, but had a cool style, the beds were confortable, its clean and overall a very pleasant experience. Oh and not to forget: the coffee there is also amazing

The bed make sleep so deep and awesome service with nice smile from staff, easy to go to the mall and sky train. Breakfast is nice also coffee so perfect! The price so make sense worth it to stay. Would love to come stay again:)

Superb small little boutique hotel! Amazing and friendly staff, great breakfast and WiFi, very clean and has great amenities. I would definitely stay again as the location is good as well. You can even walk to Iconsiam if you want as well. It is only a 5 min walk to the BTS.
