This hotel is located near the pratunam market, easily accessible by the airport rail and drop at Ratchaprarop station. We like to stay in pratunam area and this hotel is good for us. When we check in at around 12+pm, the front desk told us to wait till 2pm, we left our luggages and went out to shop till night and back to get our key card. We are surprise as the staff suddenly play happy birthday song and present us a birthday cake, totally unexpected of this warm service by the hotel staff. Our room is at 3rd level in another building, the only bad point is that after reaching L3, there is a small steps before reaching the room, so you will have to pull up your luggage a bit for that little step. Room wise is a bit small but cosy,hot water is available and wifi speed is quite OK. Cleanliness overall is satisfactory and we enjoy our 2 nights stay over there, kudos to the thoughtfulness of the staff.

Came as a big group of 17 pax, occupied 8 rooms. Big bus can't enter to the hotel entrance due to too busy street and hotel located at end corner. Most of the rooms are king bed. basic amenities provided : kettle, coffee & tea, complimentary bottled water, shampoo & shower gel. Clean & friendly staff. Credits given to Ms Ibby, she's so helpful to take all troubles to send back our left behind souvenirs in the room during check out.

The hotel is located at Soi Petchburi 19. I went there around 1 year ago. I got a promotion from agoda which made the price affordable. The staff was really friendly. She recommended a place to hang out around the hotel and took care of me very well. No need to be worried to go there solo because there are many people around this place due to its location which is near Platinum and the market. However, Covid-19 situation makes me not sure if it still has many people around there or not.

Stay Marwin Space for two night. Hotel is new and clean. Near to Mcdonalds and Platinum Mall. Best location if you like to shopping in Pratunam. Easy walk to Watergate pavilion, Palladium Mall, The Market, Big C CentralWorld Mall and even to Siam area. The only downside is 10 to 13minutes to BTS Rachatewi but it you sit Grab/tuk-tuk or taxi, this is fine.

Location for the shopaholic. Right in the centre of pratunam. Just behind 2 row of shop from main road, so not that noisy. Walk across the road , platinum shopping mall. 1 little small problem, no parking area for this hotel but they do have a sister hotel nearby. The location just nice for my friend.😊. And their staff very friend & nice. Help me to get a grab too.

New guesthouse located in the shopping area, great location, comfy bed, tv and fridge in room, complimentary water but thats about it.
We stayed three nights, had to change to another hotel for the last night. The guesthouse is very expensive comparing in what you get for what you pay.
The wifi worked for the first night.. Two days after that. No internet. No one did nothing to help the situation.
Our bathroom was flooding. There was literally 5cm of water in the bathroomfloor and it was disgusting. You couldnt use the bathroom for two hours after shower. We asked for someone to do something, three times.. nothing happened.
Funniest was the room cleaning service.. we dont actually even need our room to be cleaned after one night but our trash cans were full and no toilet paper, when asking for toiletpaper and fresh trashbags a young girl shouted quite angrily that she had knocked our door a few times but no-one came to open the door... Yep, no one opened since there was no one in the room for the whole day..
Good looking place would be great if the staff was more interested in customers rather than their friends downstairs.

-New hotel, good service especially the house keeping, keep it up!!! -Safe for girl who travel alone or maybe 2, nearby roadside and just opposite platinum fashion mall, walking distance to Central world, big C, erawan etc.. - famous wantom mee just nearby the hotel, and also Talad Neon night market just 6mins walk.
Besides, The taxi tour at the lobby provided good service too.. thank you Mr Jimmy!

I know the hotel from Traveloka and Booking.com. I tried to stay 1night. Standard room is smaller but good facilities nice bed, nice small toilet. Everything good but soundproof not good can hear everything outside. I will be back . I think its a new hotel, can not all facilities, no wifi at my room when i stayed. Next day, they will have wifi all floors at hotel.

This review is not about the freebies, but about the extent of service extended by the hotels’ staff.
First of all, thank you again for the great service. We arrived with a family of 9 (7adults, 2kids) and booked 2 double rooms and a triple room. Upon checking in, the staff has went the extra mile and checked us in on the same floor, which also meant a free upgrade to the triple rooms for the 2 double rooms that we booked without us even asking. Also thank you so much for helping out in surprising my Husband’s on his birthday with putting up the decors in the room nicely and providing us with a birthday cake. Definitely coming back again for our next trip to BKK. Cheers to your staff!

Likes: 1) Double Deluxe Room is big and sufficient for 3 pax. Hotel room provides 1 small and 1 big towel and 1 bottle of water for each guest, ensuite toilet is clean and equipped with hot shower. Basic amenities such as TV (only Thai-Channel), hair dryer, fridge can also be found in the room. 2) This hotel is within walking distance by crossing the overhead bridge to Platinum Fashion Mall. It is also easily accessible to nearby BigC, Siam Centre, and MRT stations through linked bridge. 3) There is a street full of massage services walkable 2 streets from the hotel. 4) Convenient shops (7-11) and McDonalds are just around the corner. 5) The housekeeper keeps the room clean and tidy everyday, thumbs up for this! 6) Limited carpark space is available.
Dislikes: 1) The shower head dropped and hit my friend. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and yet the hotel didn't bother to replace the shower head despite several requests lodged with the front desk. 2) The card slot where we placed the room card is loosen causing electricity will suddenly shut off. To solve this, put the hotel business card and the room card together to increase the thickness and firm the position of the cards. This will solve the problem of a sudden blackout.
