We booked through British Airways, the free shuttle to nearby train station and MRT as advertised doesn't exist. 20 minutes walk to Lumphini Park MRT. Shower was hot and powerful, bed was firm, aircon unit sounded like an aircraft taking off all night, the wifi worked in the corridor outside room 809 but not inside, poor effort for 3* hotel. Breakfast is served in hotel next door, access to swimming pool and gym also available next door at cost. Would have been ok had it not been for the deafening aircon.

It's not five-star luxury but this is a perfectly adequate hotel. Nice, quiet rooms, very comfortable bed, absolutely amazing staff. I have to spend all afternoon and early evening working on my computer. When I finished the first evening, I mentioned to the receptionist that my back was killing me from sitting on the hardback chair in the room. It wasn't a complaint, I just happened to mention it to her as I was really feeling it. There was a comfortable office chair waiting at my door the next morning! Sathorn is a good area too. Not as frantic as areas like Sukhumvit or Silom, much more local Thai, plenty of good bars and places to eat nearby. Lots of taxis too so, if you want, you can get up to the busier neighbourhoods in 15-20 minutes. Recommended!

The big plus of this hotel is its location in the lively Sathorn district but on a quiet street. No noise pollution although in the center of Bangkok.
Allow 20 minutes on foot to the nearest metro station.
We liked having 2 bedrooms and a small apartment-style kitchen. ideal for families.
The decor is simple and note that only one bedroom has a window. The apartment is quite dark but we were only there in the evening to sleep.

I stayed in Dec 2023 1Q bed for about $23/n. Check-in was easy(PP & form), staff friendly. Hotel elevator so stairs avoidable. Room was nice, clean, minifridge but no microwave, wifi decent, A/C good, room was a bit small but has two storage areas, most power on key-card lock. Parking for about 8 vehicles so I'd taxi in/out. Hotel is short block off Thanon Suan Phlu/Sathon 3 alley (many shops, 7-11, etc) which leads to Khlong(North) Sathon Road(big boulevard) othOkay hotel, simple, clean erwise Thanon Naradhiwat(big boulevard) is close. It is not an easy walk to BTS(Chong Nonsi) but busses run frequently on the two larger roads.

I always stay at this hotel for my business trip in Bangkok. The hotel isn't close to BTS or MRT but there is a motorcycle service close to the hotel. In addition, it's very easy find a restaurant and many choices of street food to choose. Room is quit big comparing to the same range hotels in this area. Room is a bit old but very clean. It's worth to money.

The hotel is equipped with free parking. You can find restaurants and bars in a walking distance. Our room was upgraded and came with a kitchen and a separate (small) bed room. Internet is working well and staff at the reception is helpful.

Tiny check-in lobby and unloading area. Fast elevator. Three Star rating is about right. Room was clean and functional. Poor lighting in the room. Hotel has few amenities but our room was well equipped. Nice balcony with great view on the 5th floor. Good breakfast. Beds and pillows are firm but good. Has safe and large closest. Drinking water provided. Close to 7-11.

We stayed at the I-residence at the end of August 2011 for two nights. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and good value for money. It is not in the best location however, and is difficult to find as most of the taxi drivers we asked didn't know where it was, even when we gave them the address provided by the hotel. We were very disappointed to find that the cleaners had searched through out bags when we were out and stole some (very well hidden) money and my mobile phone. We were very careful about keeping valuables on us normally, but my phone battery was dead and we didn't want to carry English money on us so left them in the hotel room hidden in our bags and instructed the cleaners when they came round that we did not want our room cleaned - they came back once we'd gone out regardless...

The free tuktuk service promised is a not happening and not close to BTS. The nearest one is Sala Daeng which is 1-1.3km away.

The customer service from reception counter was fine, but the staff that handling guests in the lobby is rude.

Breakfast was cold.

Rooms seriously are lack of lighting.

Smelly towel and unstable water pump from the bathroom.

They dont have shuttle but im sure they will arrange car to pick you up. Best to ask hotel directly. Official taxi from airport is easy and way cheaper than hotel car, they have mini van ti accomodate family or group.
