I can't forget this place among my hotel experiences. Basically, The hotel's facilities and services are surely comfortable and all staffs are kind and active. We stayed at this property as part of our staycation: 2 adults and 1 child. It was absolutely fantastic - from our spacious room, to the always friendly greetings from all the staff, to the efficiency of the elevator (many other guests were also there during the weekend we stayed; but despite this, the hotel elevators were always quick and we never had to wait long as opposed to some other hotels). A special ‘Thank You’ to two particular hotel staff: (1) Khun Pim - who helped us to check-in with a lovely friendly attitude; and on the evening when we checked out, she prepared a special farewell gift for our child, it was a perfect ending to our wonderful staycation & created beautiful memories for our child. (2) A western gentleman (So sorry I didn’t get chance to ask for your name!) - who ran after us and asked if we were waiting for a table during the M Club Lounge evening hours. Initially we were advised by another equally helpful & friendly staff if we could wait for a few minutes for a table, as the lounge was full at the moment. Then this very kind gentleman staff came after us and immediately helped us search for a table, as we were there with a young (and cranky) child. We are genuinely so impressed by his gesture and also so grateful, since many parents can relate that sometimes it is not so easy to wait with a young kid (even only for few short minutes!!). Highly recommend Marriott Marquis and we will be back again for sure!…
