We stayed here four nights and were overall pleased with the experience. The staff is very accommodating and it seems most speak a variety of languages. Our room was quite large, even for American standards, although we faced north and the view is not very appealing. We had a balcony, but chose not to use it even once as there...

Spent several nights there and had the most comfortable pillows and bed that you just sink into. The bed is so huge, You can easily sleep 3 people with plenty of space. The Japanese style toilet is a nice treat. Great varieties for breakfast, especially the Japanese style. Can highly recommend it.

We have never stayed in an Okura brand hotel before this trip and were really impressed by the Okura Prestige Taipei. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Taipei. The quality of the room and the attention to details were really impressive. Here are the list of all the things we love: 1. Very decent gym on the...

We were happy with our room and hotel but ate at the hotel Chinese restaurant. After a long day of tours we were tired and hungry. it took a while to get someone to take our order and 20 minutes later we got our appetizer. It was terrible! We sat there 10 minutes later and said we were through waiting....

We stayed for three nights and it was a very pleasant stay. Staffs were kind and helpful. The room was spacious and was maintained very well. Clean bathroom and a modern toilet. Brakfast was good. We went to Chinese and Japanese restaurants in the hotel and both were good.

I visited for business, having got a good deal on reservation from booking.com. Security was good and the room was spacious and well appointed, including two vanities and a Toto washlet. Beds were comfortable. Location is central and just a three minute walk from the Zhongshan underground station. The road leading to the hotel tends to get traffic jams. The...

I told my room number to a hotel staff in order to borrow an umbrella. When I returned to the hotel. The moment I was about to take an elevator, that hotel staff who happened to be stationed in front of the elevator door just pushed the floor number where my room was located. This is may be a small...

I have never stated at any Okura chain hotel before but can immediately notice the attention of the doormen and bellhops on arrival compared to local international hotels. The rooms, toilets and facilities are first class as expected. Since we needed an extra bed, one actual bed (and not the foldable type that is provided by other hotels I have...
