Lacking hotel management and the basics. Shower controls weren't working, WC drainage was blocked, lights and switches in three room were broken or didn't work, key card didn't open the door. Good central location is only saving grace. Owners need to take a personal interest, invest, restore and control the quality.

We stayed at the hotel for two days and the room was tidy. However, the Jacuzzi does not work and the restaurant on the 11th floor had a very bad experience in which the lady gave us a change that was incorrect and by the time we called her and told her it was incorrect, she told us she didn't have enough change and she left her attitude was bad and she kept interrupting while we were eating so we told her we hadn't finished yet when we asked if there was a supervisor or night manager no one was available. So, overall, our experience was unpleasant, and I doubt I would return

I had a rocky start at the spa - no hot water to do pedicure. But the staff ran off and about to heat water and ensure I got the service. Clearly the wait had made me a bit irate. They could see how my time was wasted and compensated me by waiving off the entire fee for pedicure and also giving me a free body massage! But it is not the free services that I write about -- it is the professionalism and customer case that the staff had for which I give all five stars. Keep up the great job!

My wedding at their president’s ballroom went smoothly enough, but we've encountered a frustrating situation with their policy of depositing extra money, which should be refunded if not used. Despite not utilizing the extra funds, it's been a month since the wedding, and we're still waiting for the refund. Their excuses for the delay have been comically absurd. I'm definitely boycotting this hotel.

A good standard hotel close to Piazza, Churchill road. Breakfast is ordinary, ok but not more. Rooms are nice and bathroom is clean and of high standard. We hade to change room though since the door was not able to lock. Took some time. Friendly english speeking staff. Room number x4 to x9 face Churchill road overlooking Addis in many directions, fantastic. If you do not look for a high end luxury hotel we can recommend Eliana. The blocks around Elina is perfect to visit, a different architecture than further down Churchill road. Close to Piazza with it’s cafe’s, fruit bars, shops and daily life.
