The five of us stayed in this hotel for one night on January 2018. they charged us three times while we paid by credit car,but they only told us that only succeeded once. found the issue and negotiating with the hotel when we were home, they verbally promised to refund, but until now 5 months already , they have not a refund, and don't cooperate with bank survey, don't provide a signed credit card vouchers. It's still being negotiated. Such dishonest behavior ,reminds other guests to be careful of this hotel

Stayed for a night, for a non smoker it's overwhelming with smoking allowed throughout the hotel including the rooms, therefore the rooms have a smoke stench to them. The breakfast was the consolation for the stay, I have never had such beautiful croissants, the freshly brewed Ethopian coffee was perfect.

This is a relatively good hotel to stay at in Djibouti. Very spacious room, reasonably clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. They offer a standard breakfast. The hotel allows easy access to the city which is not too large (at least it felt that way to me) and with Djiboutians being so friendly, it is not very complicated exploring the place.

The hotel location and room layout alright but is overpriced. Only hot water was in the taps during my stay making it impossible to wash myself. Breakfast is included in the room rate was ridiculous when served {I believe this will adjust when the restaurant under refurbishment opens). Otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for 2 nights in total for work. The Wi Fi in the Reception was very good however, not too good in the rooms. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the room. The bathroom is not great, with either hot or hotter running water! The towels are a lot on the thin side too. The hotel restaurant is being refurbished so meals are taken in a neighbouring place, and the food was good there. The staff though were very friendly and helpful.
