We booked this hotel as we had been advised that it was best to stay away from the craziness of the medina. We were glad we came here. After being in the medina, which is a 5 min drive away, this was a small paradise to come back to. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was a lovely tranquil place to relax. The resident tortoises made us smile, roaming the gardens! The rooms were very clean, large and felt luxurious. Having a balcony was great. The breakfast was also fantastic. Will definitely come back here. We loved it!

my fiance and I had a great time ! the fantastic owner, kind, helpful! the staff smiling and attentive to every need ! the well-kept pool and the delicious food! near the airport it is far from the chaos of the city! a minute walk there is a shopping center with a large supermarket! we will miss you in Italy!

Immaculately clean rooms and away from craziness of Medina. You’re only about 5 minutes from Medina by car. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Both Mohammed and a young lady also sometimes working at the desk (sorry, can’t remember her name) were incredibly helpful arranging trips to Medina and other tours. The breakfasts were delicious. Also, across the street from a mall which was handy (good food court). You can’t go wrong staying here.

Albakech is an oasis of peace and serenity , great option to avoid the Medina or Gueliz hectic life and still very close to everything that you might need- from shops to restaurants.We had an absolutely great time in there thanks to the staff that is well trained, polite , friendly and helpful especially the manager, Adam who goes above and beyond to deliver the best to his guests. Special thanks to Mohammed who arranged amazing personalised breakfasts and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool area is wonderful (also home to a family of turtles 🐢 😊) We’ll definitely stay here every time we are in Marrakech and couldn’t recommend them more.
