we stayed at Riad Laayoun for 4 nights and it was just incredible. we drank wine and ate Rashida's cooking and getting papampers by Muhamed and didn't want to leave. the staff is supper friendly and helpful. Jean Claude made us feel we were guests in his home. he surprised me on my birthday with cake and a song. The room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop was incredible with panoramic view of Fez. Thank you for making our Fez experience one we will never forget. till next time! Joumana and Daniel...
We stayed 2 wonderful nights at the Riad Laayoun in Fes. The room was fabulous, the rooftop view was incredible and the breakfast was great.. but by far the best thing about Riad Laayoun was the service. Simon gave the warmest welcome and the best help and tips for Fes (and the rest of Morocco) we could’ve asked for. Highly recommend staying with them!
We stayed in Riad Laayoun for 3 nights. This is one of the best place I have stayed in. Riad was comfortable and stylish. Hospitality provided by Jean- Claude and Simo was outstanding. They were both generous and warm.
We spent two nights only in this amazing riad nestled in a quiet but central street right into the Medina of Fez just a few steps from Place R'cif. Everything from accommodation to atmosphere and food was absolutely perfect, Jean-Claude warm but decrete welcome as well as Simon-Mohammed attentive care and assistance made our stay just unique! We would definitely recommend this Riad to stay in Fes and we do hope to visit again.
Riad Laayoun is a lovely guesthouse with very attentive and helpful staff. Simo (the manager), was helpful in making sure we didn't get lost in the medina, as well as giving us recommendations for day and nighttime activities. He speaks both French and English. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast consists of baguette, Moroccan crepes or pancakes, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh orange juice. Overall an amazing experience.
"All rooms are good. The open courtyards allow noise to travel but this is not a problem since the guests are normally quiet."Read full review
"All are small but you have free rein of the central courtyard and balconies with sitting rooms, a library nook, etc."Read full review
