AMAZING STAY!!! I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay on the island. The condo is equipped with AC, Hot and Cold shower with dual heads so two people can shower or rinse off together. Let me tell you, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This condo is situated right by the split where there is amazing snorkeling, fantastic views, and wonderful refreshments. The room was clean and fully furnished with coffee pot and coffee and filters, water jug in room, ac worked great and enjoyed sitting on front porch and seeing the water and people walking by. Handy to Sip and Dip directly across the street. Quiet at night and bed was very comfortable. Bring shampoo and conditioner as this is not provided. Would gladly book again on return.

Very happy with our four night stay at CCC. The location was fantastic, right next to the Split but quiet in the early mornings and at night. We made the most of the pool when we weren't in the sea and took advantage of the free bikes too. The room was spacious, with great amenities and a lovely deck/porch for people watching. The staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful. We had a problem with our AC & they had a man in to fix it the same day. I felt it was very good value for money compared to other options I had explored online.

Great location. Nice roof top, swimming pool, bikes to ride. Wonderful staff. Rooms were great too. Very quite. Many restaurants close by. Even a rooftop massage down the street. Highly recommend this place.

Nice rooms and pool, nice staff but from 10 to 6:30 in the afternoon you can hear a barage of music from the bar across the way and religious Reggie from the assist gender selling coconuts and weed across the street: can be heard in the room with doors and so does shut. A shame

Have been staying at CCC for over ten years now and still look forward to going back. Are there fancier, newer, places to stay, yes. However, I love the value, the view, the space of the condo, location, location, and of course Almy and Vanessa. Every room has a balcony/porch, water cooler, kitchen area, and access to the pool, bikes, and roof top area hammocks, and great views. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here July 2-9th and loved it. You 100% get what you pay for (in my opinion we got even more) With a super helpful front desk, quiet atmosphere (even with lobster fest going on the first few days it was quiet here), awesome cleaning staff, nice cold A/C you get control of (our unit had a new air conditioner too!), insanely beautiful views, and of course a fantastic value for the price. 10/10 will be staying here again, we traveled with a group of 15 and none of the others had as seamless of an experience as us. Also it is RIGHT at the split next to the lazy lizard and sip n dip (two must-go's during your stay). Thank you caye caulker condos and we'll be seeing you next year!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Caye Caulker Condos. The location is perfect as it's right next to the Split and Sip N' Dip, walking distance to all the best restaurants and vendors on the island. The area is lively during the day but gets nice and quiet at night. The room was extremely clean and well-kept, and true to picture. The pool and free bike rentals were perfect amenities that we took advantage of during our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We would highly recommend Caye Caulker Condos if you are looking for a quality stay in a great location!

Another great stay at Caye Caulker Condos. The rooms have been updated since our last visit to include 2 queen beds. The view is still amazing, and the location cannot be beat. Love the balconies overlooking the water. The folks who work here were as friendly and helpful as in the past. The rooms are clean and have everything you need (except shampoo as some other reviewers have noted), including a kitchenette with refrigerator. We found the room to be quieter than in other places we have stayed, but some noise from the street and the hotel landings does get in. Overall, it was quieter than we had expected. Bicycles were available for use at no charge. Not the newest bikes, but they got us where we wanted to go :) Air conditioner worked well and was also quiet.

We had stayed at Caye Caulker Condos in 2013, and it was so quiet and peaceful that we thought would be a great place to go for our first post-Covid vacation. Sadly, a huge bar called Sip n Dip has been built across the street, in what had been empty sandy beach area. They play music every day, incredibly loud on weekends. You can hear it blocks away. So there went our plans of peaceful reading or just relaxing on our front porch or on the hotel's scenic rooftop. They normally quit around 7 pm so sleep is not disturbed. And if you're not the type of person who likes to hang around the condo, the noise might not bother you. But just be aware. Other notes on our trip: Most of the shops and restaurants on the island are open. At the time of our visit (mid May) masks were required everywhere, indoors and out, except when eating, drinking, in the water or on your property. Police patrol regularly on golf carts, and there's a fine ($500 B, or $250 US) if you're caught without a mask. Also, we needed a negative Covid trip before our trip back to the US. There are several places on the island where you can get a quick test (results in 5 minutes) . The staff at the Condos (Almy and Vanessa) couldn't have been more helpful and considerate when we were trying to work out all these details. The condos were clean, air conditioned, with a kitchen area and water dispenser. Each unit has a balcony or front porch with lovely views. …
