During a time of uncertainty and chaos (the Coronavirus pandemic of 2020), the Rainbow Hotel went above and beyond to help us in cancelling our reservation with them. We unfortunately were not able to stay with them as our entire trip was cancelled. The Rainbow Hotel was the ONLY place we booked with that offered us a full refund. It is customer service, kindness, and understanding like this that make a place memorable. I will not soon forget the generosity the Rainbow Hotel showed my family and I, and we will definitely be booking with them again should our next trip to Belize not be thwarted by a pandemic. We have heard nothing but good things about the Rainbow Hotel, and it seems that all of it is true. Thank you kindly.

Hotel was a short walk from everything we wanted to do. It was quiet, clean, had bottled water (large dispenser in room), beach towels, etc. They used a spray to disinfect the outside of any luggage we hadn’t hand carried and took COVID-19 precautions seriously. Maid service was a little spotty (they didn’t remember everything every day such as emptying the trash, but forgetting to put in a new bag), but management was very prompt to respond to requests. Casa A was perfect for a family. Two bedrooms, a total of 3 beds, kitchen with dishes, etc, refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee, AC. Cannot see the ocean from this room, but was quiet and felt very private. We would absolutely stay again.

We recently spent a weekend at the Rainbow Hotel in Casa B. The two bedroom apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was great. The front desk was awesome and provided anything we asked for. Even going to the extent of trimming an annoying branch that was scraping the window. I can’t say enough about how great they are! When we were leaving, I left my beach bag on the seat in the lobby. The manager looked at all his camera footage to find which guest had left it and then (knowing that we had been quests at a wedding at another hotel) he sent the bag to our friends for them to bring to me. Such great service! Thank you!

We had a weekend stay at Rainbow hotel in April and could not be more happy with the service and overall stay. The location is convenient, and they have their restaurant over the water that serves amazing food. Love spice? Try the Jerk Chicken! The rooms are clean, and properly disinfected before and after each guest departs. So you check in with peace of mind, especially during these unprecedented times. Its a very safe location, and the manager, Ernesto, is always available should you require any assistance during your stay.

It is in a strategic part of town which is accessible to everything and which has its own little beach and restaurant across the road. The Manager can arrange a golf cart taxi pickup or ride to and from airport/ferry for $5 US. Air Con worked great - and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave, although I had to buy a plate as there wasn’t one so I could eat my leftovers from restaurants. Comfy bed and pillows. It was very clean which for me is one of the most important features to look for. Nice toiletries for hair were available.

Definitely booking again! As a belizean, I found Nate to be really welcoming and the staff to be exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable. The mini kitchenette set up was absolutely perfect for our own in house bar. They are located close to all the main attraction on the island and have a beautiful bar and restaurant right on the water.

Ernie really cares! He texted that he was waiting for us to check in! We had 3 rooms. Top floor is great! Awesome views, quiet, and freezing AC.
The restaurant across the street is fantastic and we used it to stretch out and play rummicube.
They have lounge chairs at the beach. The cushions are in the office.
We had family photos taken and the photos were at the Rainbow Beach!
The location is the absolute best, right in the middle of the island. Grocery stores on either side.
We went fishing & snorkeling and were picked up at Rainbow Dock!
Highly recommend!

Excellent location! Everything was within walking distance, and the manager went above and beyond to be helpful! The rooms were cleaned daily and they gave bottles of water. There was even an outdoor gym that we joined… very close to our room.

What a wonderful place to put your feet and relax. Ernesto at the Rainbow 🌈 has a clean wonderful place to stay in CC. If not provided in your hotel room just ask and they will help you out. Chairs, pads and towels provided for lying on the beach across the street. Great internet and tv channels with daily maid service provided. The hotel is smack dab on the Main Street walking distance from anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Found this on a wonder a few years ago and its even better now. Clean, bright and right across from the east facing shore. Two large beds, kitchenette and nice, new bathroom w/great AC, small fridge, sink and microwave. Nice staff, and good solid WiFi Internet access. Priced right as well. Only about a dozen rooms though!
