We visited the island for a destination wedding. First,the island is charming, its not high season but the entire experience was very laid back. The restaurants we visited, for the most part, provided a pleasant experience. The streets were not loaded with carts, walking was not dangerous. I have no complaints about the hotel. The housekeeping staff exceeded expectations, even my messy clothes strewn around the room were picked up and placed next to the.suitcase. My family stayed elsewhere but paid regular visits to the restaurant. Food was good, staff was helpful and.pleasant. As with most service on the island, if you are in a hurry you'll just get frustrated and ruin your experience.

Wonderful experience- helpful staff, good food, clean rooms, right on the beach, The town is quiet. Lots of good restaurants and shops and choices for actives. Addie was extremely helpful with safe, tv, spent a lot of time with us

Love this place. Like personal beach access and great pool area. Good house keeping service. They also drop to the ferry terminal after checking out. There are food options in the restaurant in the hotel that u can order from your room as well. Good size balcony in the room.

We visited the Island Magic as part of a escorted tour. The hotel has two pools, one for adults, one for children. Their is a swim up bar by the pool. The menu has many option. We had the bagel with cream cheese, bacon, and eggs. The room also has a full refrigerator and cooking area.

We were thrilled with how perfect this location was to everything! We had a room where we could walk directly out to pool area or restaurant. The pool bar was excellent location for breakfast or afternoon cocktails! Happy hour specials were fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and fun! Caye Caulker sites: Check out stingrays and seahorses at Iguana inn at 4pm daily, the Split, Sip and Dip and Nauti times tours for snorkeling

We had a pool/ocean view room on the 2nd floor. No elevator, but easy stairs to main entrance and pool. Service at the pool was amazing. Cordilia was the best bartender! Drinks were very reasonable and tasty. On-site restaurant was decent and right on the beach. Room was comfortable with 3-star bed, great AC and a nice kitchenette (full size fridge). 1-5 minute walk to restaurants, groceries & shopping and about 10-15 minute walk to the split. For the price, this is an excellent option and we’d stay here again for sure!

This trip has been a year + in the making. We had to postpone from last year due to coming down with Covid before traveling. Island Magic was more than accommodating and helped with all plans to reschedule for this year. The moment we set foot on the island they were there. Gian was there with a smile and kindness that set the vibe for our whole trip. He showed us the cart, gave us a seat and went to get our luggage. When we made it to the hotel, we were greeted by smiles from everybody at the front desk. Our room was beautiful and clean! The pool, the restaurant and bar for our next stop. Once again greeted with smiles and cheerful staff. Adolfo, Cordelia, Mirabel & Delmer made us feel like family. Everyone gave us good recommendations for the island. But if you really wanted to, you could stay right here and have everything you needed. Every staff member was a very good ambassador for this resort hotel, and the go slow vibe is exactly what we needed! Thank you island magic resort for a trip, we will not forget and plan on returning back with family and friends to share with the family and friends we have made here.…

My wife and I were blessed by our stay here. The staff was awesome! The ones we came to know the most were Gian, Cordelia, Mirabel, Adolfo, and Delmar. They were friendly, caring, and very helpful. Island Magic Beach Resort has everything you need including great food, drinks, and fabulous pool, you could literally just stay here. But they are able to help you out with all your lisland needs such as; recommendations, tours, flights, bikes, etc. We're hoping to come back next year with our family and friends.
