The staff here are amazing. Gaby and Alain were great from check in to check out. Every employee at this hotel really takes care of you. Even the security guards would go out of their way to greet you. Cant say it enough, this staff is truly the most professional.

What's not to love about the Washington Court? We loved everything about it! The location is excellent. Step outside the front doors and there is a lovely view of the Capitol building. The hotel has great food and drinks, but if you are on a stricter budget, there is a Starbucks across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We walked to the Smithsonian museums in 20 minutes, but if you prefer to ride, there is a metro stop just a block away. Union station is around the corner and then two blocks away- if you are traveling by train. It was a five minute walk for us- with bags!

Everyone was friendly and the doormen were the best! Our room was lovely with a Kuerig machine, free bottled water every day, a huge flat screen tv, extremely comfortable beds and pillows and the quietest toilet in the world!!

Looking forward to our next stay! Everything was wonderful!

The hotel is well located, at a walking distance from the east side of the Mall and Union Station. Very quiet and very comfortable.
I requested a room with queen bed, was given me, for the same price, a room with king bed. I stayed at the 9th floor and my room was large with a very big bathroom, very clean, with refrigerator, coffee machine and a TV set 55".
The valet service is great, also if pricey, and you can request your car straight from the website just before you're checking out.

This property is aging a bit but is still nice. The lobby area has a sort of cluttered effect and the restaurant is at the far end kind of out of sight from the front desk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. One disappointment was a couple of spots in the ceiling of our room had paint badly chipping and actually hanging down some. It was not bad enough to ask for a room change but we did report it. The front desk gave us a credit for the sundry shop which we were not expecting so at least they tried to respond to the problem. We loved the location as we were only a block from Union Station and it was convenient to both the Metro and to depart the city via Amtrak.

I last stayed here before it became a Hilton. Though it largely looks the same in the lobby areas, the rooms have definitely been updated and it shows.
I arrived before check in time and was not only able to get a room, but they upgraded me (Hilton Gold) to a room with a great view of the Capitol Dome room 1217. Agent was very friendly.
Room was large by DC standards and the bed was very comfortable. Everything looked clean and fresh. The bath products were by Beekman and I have to say they are way better than what you find in most Hiltons.
They were serving breakfast when I was there in the restaurant and again the staff was very friendly. The menu was limited (no pancakes or waffles, most everything that was offered had eggs in it) so I chose the French Toast. It was very large but a bit lacking on the taste front. The juice was excellent.
Location can’t be beat if you need to be on the Hill. Walking distance to Hill offices and Union Station.

I chose the Hilton Washington Capitol as it was close to Amtrak as I was traveling for business. The staff assisted me with a taxi as I left in the middle of the night. They were extremely helpful during my stay. Valet was great as well to leave my car while I traveled and returned. Rooms were quiet and there was no street noise which is important in the city. Will definitely return as convenient to Amtrak.

Check-in was simple and efficient.

The lobby was torn up and under construction. It was somewhat of a pain and bathrooms on certain floors (for the conference I was attending) were closed. The noise was not bothersome and it stopped by 6 p.m.

Although the price was in line with similar hotels nearby, more than $300 a night for a basic room (that was the conference rate) seemed excessive. I guess you're paying for the location not the quality of the hotel.

I was in room 703. It was sizable but dated with a burn mark or hole in the rug by the bed and chipped paint on the bathroom door. It faced the front of the hotel and New Jersey Avenue. The light was nice, but it was noisy at times.

The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of water pressure for showering. There was also lots of storage space for towels and toiletries in the bathroom which was nice.

One surprising and bothersome thing was that I put the "privacy please" card on the door because I did not want to have the room serviced. However, when I came back in the afternoon, housekeeping had obviously been in the room because the trash cans were emptied, notwithstanding the sign on the door.

Finally, I would suggest that you avoid the snack "shop" next to the registration desk. I picked up one soda and a box of Junior Mints. There were no prices listed (that should have been a warning). When I went to pay it came to $8. Do yourself a favor and walk to the closest Walgreens.

We enjoyed our stay in a large, corner room with a view of the U.S. Capitol. The bed is comfortable. Those who hope to work in the room should be aware that there isn’t desk. A small glass-top table would fit a laptop, but there isn’t a desk chair. The bathroom is large with plenty of surfaces. The shower has a low shelf on two sides that’s very helpful for shaving legs. The towels are on the thin side. Toiletries are in pump dispensers. The hotel’s lobby is in an atrium. Elevators have glass sides. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Union Station and is even closer to a DC Circulator bus stop. The hotel’s neighborhood is boring with few options for morning coffee.
