A nice hotel situated a stone’s throw from Capital Hill very friendly and helpful staff, has a nice restaurant main menu is a bit lacking but breakfast makes up for that. There is a well stocked bar, and shop that sells just about everything you need if you have forgotten to pack it. Union station is a few blocks away and you can get the metro or train from there to just about everywhere, most of the museums are a must and are free. In all DC has a lot to offer
This hotel does not dissapoint. Clean rooms,m located two blocks from the Capitol and the Mall. Wish the meals were priced more reasonably, as well as items in the hotel store. Other than that, excellent hotel.
Wonderful hotel. Staff very helpful, respectful and friendly. Very clean. Delicious meals! Conference area was perfect for our large group. Good sound system, easy to hear even in back of room. Temperature of room was pleasant and comfortable.
Stayed 4 nights for a business conference. Very comfortable stay in a great location right near the Capitol. All the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful! I appreciated the convenience of the little store and Starbucks on site. Had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Slept well in their comfortable beds.
Best thing about this hotel is the welcoming and attentive housekeeping staff. The banquet food was terrible. Did not eat at the restaurant. Overall a decent stay but would not choose this hotel for a vacation trip.
No! No! Location is the only plus. I wasn’t impressed with check in. The staff is not happy and does the bare minimum. Room grimmy. Security lock and door was damaged. Everything was worn. Food was bland.
This property needs to be updated - badly. From the carpets to the elevators to the mini-fridge to the bedding to the room furniture. Great staff, great food and drink, but a older Hyatt property you probably won’t find.
Very nice hotel. Close to Metro. Convenient location for business travel. Staff was awesome on check in and check out. Did not personally eat the hotel but the breakfast buffet looked plentiful and seemed to be enjoyed by others in my party.
Stayed for business. The rooms were basic. Nothing really special but clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was good but very expensive in compared to what was offered. Meeting facilities were good- however the breakfast offered the first day of our meetings was lacking in choices.
3 blocks from Union Station. A couple of blocks from the Capital. If you like to walk, you won't need a car. Bike and scooter lockup outside of entrance if you like to rent those types of travel. Clean hotel. Nice bar and restaurant. Rooms comfortable, beds comfortable, nice size TV. No complaints.
