The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. It has been a while since we stayed at an Embassy suites and I forgot how noisy the hotel can be. The noise level was very bad in the mornings and evenings, sometimes into the late evenings. We never tried the breakfast because the line was very long every morning. We figuring the breakfast was so crowded, the happy hour would be too and did not want to waste our time. Our room was also much smaller then pictures indicated. Hotel location was good and there is a Safeway close by.

This hotel will have everything that you want for walking around DC. You can walk to the White House or to the museums on the mall and to restaurants and grocery stores also. It is a wonderful breakfast.

We had a short but wonderful stay here on our way to Virginia. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were big and comfortable (as one would expect). And the location was great. The only problem was that we were not able to stay longer!

We were in DC for the Sakura Festival and stayed here, and the first night couldn’t have gone better. Regina our bartender and waitress whipped out these Sakura themed cocktails which were to die for! She was amazing and gave us such a warm welcome I couldn’t stop smiling.

Such an amazing stay at this embassy. We had a pretty large group and Jordan made our nightly dinning experience comfortable and easy. Regina and her counter put the Happy in the hapy hour :) honestly the whole staff was extremely friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend to others!!

We went here for a personal trip (we did the Washington DC Half-Marathon). We choose this because it is near the start line. As soon as we arrive, we were helped by Richie Rich who was very friendly. He informed us that there is a Presidential Suite and if we want to use it, for extra charge a night, we can. We respectfully decline since there is only the two of us - we love that he isn't pushy and was very respectful. He gave the rundown of breakfast, keys and even found out that I used to be a Hilton rewards member. Thank you. With his very friendly and welcoming attitude, our stay is set to a good tone for our stay. When we got to our room, it was already very spacious for us - as a couple. The cleaning crew is also on top. Overall, it made me feel that I should stay more in Hilton properties in the future.…

Our front check in person wasamazing, Richie Rich, was fast, courteous and got us the additional items we needed super fast. Everyone from the front staff, to the valets, to the kitchen staff were amazing.

The towel service is subpar (had to request the correct towels two nights in a row) and we had to ask for linens for the sofa bed. When the hotel staff answered the phone the second night, they treated the request for the correct towels with disdain. Also, the wait time to correct the problem was exorbitant. Other than the towel service, great hotel!

This hotel is very conveniently located and perfect for a stay for work or pleasure. The workout facility and the pool are both very nice. The rooms are good sized, the beds comfortable. Service is good throughout the hotel.
