Jerome has been amazing from the moment I checked in all the way through. He managed to bring all of6 o pieces of my luggage to my mom and was able to give me so many suggestions on where to eat. When no one is around he is! So accommodating, approachable and helpful. Thanks Jerome!

We were looking for a night of fun in the city. Being locals we sprung upon this gem. The facade of the building was very chic which was mirrored inside with their bar decorations and classy dining area. Checking in was a whole experience in itself! We were graciously greeted by the fabulous Tiffany and Jerome. The duo welcomed us with a friendly smile and great energy. Which set our mood for the rest of our stay. Will definitely recommend and come again soon!

This is my first time staying at an AC hotel and this Marriott affiliated property in Downtown Wash DC is very nice. The room is medium sized, clean and nicely appointed; The bathrooms is modern, clean, and functional; and the TV is good quality, nice size for the room, and has an array of channels. What is most impressive however is the service. From the from desk staff, dining manager, and others, they act as if their job is to go above and beyond. I particularly want to call out front desk personnel Jerome, who is professional in his demeanor, pleasant in his attitude, helpful, and simply magnificent; and Amel, who although brand new to the property, already has a can do attitude. My stay at the AC Hotel was amazing. Jerome was especially accommodating to my friends and I. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our whole trip. Jerome and Tiffany were also kind enough to share places to explore around town which was especially helpful since we were not familiar with the area. I will definitely be back again!

I stayed at this hotel last week and I love it. The location is perfect near shopping areas, conscience stores, and restaurants.The rooms were beautiful spacious and clean. Upon arrival I was given a sheet of speakeasy recommendations which I thought was very unique and cool. I really appreciated that. The staff was helpful and polite. I truly felt welcomed at the hotel. One staff member in particular Jerome was truly helpful. He helped me with multiple matters personal and hotel related. I really appreciated his attention to guest and hospitality. If you are thinking about staying here I would definitely recommend!

FANTASTIC experience!! Family weekend in Washington DC and our family grew by about 10 ppl due to the fantastic staff. I cannot say enough about Jerome, Tiffany and Brittany (I call her Brittany Sunrise b/c she was just a ray of sunshine). They treated us like family and took care of us. Had some issues with lost luggage and they took care of us!!
