I do want to share a wonderful experience with you. I went to the front desk to inquire as to whether or not there were any close by locations that I could purchase super glue. The staff were very helpful and shared with me the best place would be CVS. I thanked them and started to walk away as I was headed to my room. Lorena, a front desk associate, stopped me and asked if I would mind sharing why I needed it. I smiled and shared that I had broken a nail. She smiled back and said “I thought so. Hold on. I think I can help you.” She went out back and then came back and had a product specifically made for what I needed. She applied it for me and said that she would be happy to help me out again should I need it before I checked out, if she was on shift. I did need it two more times and she very graciously accommodated. I can’t say enough about how genuinely helpful she was. It was customer service beyond measure! Thank you for the wonderful service! …
I’ll start with that this Hilton is perfectly located - ten min walk to every major museum, and landmark, which is why we chose it. We also spent lots of time at the Wharf which is a short walk as well. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendliest most wonderful staff. The rooms are brand new and spacious - the bathrooms are all upgraded. No carpet! We needed a pack and play crib in our room for our baby and it was waiting and ready after a long day of travel. The Starbucks in the lobby also has the best ladies staffing it - we were sad to say goodbye to them! Anything we needed (extra towels, bottles of water, extra blankets) was delivered within minutes to our room. Even the valet was so kind and warm. This is a well run, excellent choice for a hotel in DC!
Had a great stay at this Hilton during the recent Cherry Blossom festival. This hotel is as convenient as they come in DC..not far from almost anything. The metro can be accessed without leaving the hotel via the underground food court. When that wasn't convenient I never waited more than 5 minutes for an Uber. Its a unique hotel, in that the top four floors are hotel rooms, and the other floors are offices. It is so well separated that you would never know that, but the hallways can be long...ask for a room near an elevator if that is important to you. The hotel opened just before covid, had to close, and is now coming back strong. A great Hilton option in DC. You will find politicians, diplomats, businessmen and tourists here. A special thanks to Alex and Marija, two of the staff whom I interacted with the most. But really, everyone was friendly and polite..that goes a long way these days. I will look forward to returning.…
From the beginning with valet it was a welcoming experience. Lorena welcomed us in at the desk immediately and got us checked in right away. The bed is really comfortable and so were the pillows. It was within walking ditance to the anthem so I will be back In September. My only concern was the air in the room. The room was very hot and the AC did not work.
Great location, spacious rooms and excellent check in and check out experiences by Lorena at the front desk who helped with warmth to sort out questions I had with useful advice and orientation. I look forward to return for a longer stay with my family.
Incredible location! The only place to stay when visiting the DC sites. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. This is our 2nd visit. Booked our 3rd before we left the property. Easy access by Metro or car.
I traveled to the Hilton at the Washington Mall for business. The ambiance of the hotel and the accommodations were impeccable. Additionally Constance was a pleasure and made the check-in process a breeze. Constance went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service.
Our stay at the Hilton was amazing, excellent service, the attention at the front desk by Lorena was excellent. She made us feel very welcomed and gave us warm feeling during and through out our 4 day stay.
The rooms are a great size with king sized beds. I also like that the floors do not have carpet, too. The hotel staff at the lobby desk are extremely helpful. Alex provided great information when I checked in and helped several other times. I appreciated their service. The staff in the evenings at the bar/restaurant were challenged and not friendly. We found we had to be aggressive to get drinks and food. Given how helpful and nice the front desk staff were it was disappointing that it didn’t carry to the bar/restraint.
The lobby and decor are more business than vacation, but the location to tour DC is very nice. The front desk staff is helpful and considerate. I appreciated that members of the front desk staff, such as Alex, took the time to memorize our faces and last name. It was the same service you would expect in the nicest hotels. The Wharf if just a 7 minute walk in one direction, while the museums/mall is just a 7 minute walk in the opposite direction.
