The Norfolk suited us perfectly for our overnight stay in Fremantle. Centrally located; friendly staff; good WiFi.

The welcome drink (ie a pint each) was greatly appreciated on a hot Sunday afternoon!

Our room was clean and organised. Great to have a Nespresso machine in there for a decent coffee. The tea selection was excellent too. The shower was awesome.

Chilli mussels done so well it was almost embarrassing the well-established so-called Italian restaurants on the Freo main strip. Chilli prawn pizza perfection and the fish and chips and the salad was also done perfectly. Excellent service also. Running a venue like this can't be easy but this place continues to hit the nail on the head. Great job management

Venue is wonderful, we visited here for Sunday lunch. Ordered smoked meat platter after hearing good reviews, but was disappointed in the quantity on the platter, very sparse, the chicken was too underdone, for my liking, could only eat the outer bits.
For $70 not good value at all.
Don’t recommend the platter!!!

We are regular visitors from England, staying six weeks in Fremantle to be with family. This is our fifth trip. The Norfolk hotel has been one of our favourite places to go for meals and drinks. Not this year sadly. I visited the Norfolk alone and had a burger just before Christmas . The burger was cold, the cheese not melted, but the chips were hot. I let it go. Today my wife and I ordered the lamb kebabs from the BBQ kitchen. Again the chips were hot, but the kebabs were fridge cold, despite being warned the plates were hot. The manageress took them away and there was an attempt to heat them up on the BBQ. We asked for, and got our money back instead as well as a token towards a future visit. I am afraid that is unlikely to happen now despite being a fan of the Norfolk for years. There is an issue here about food safety. With regret, Dr Chris.

The best meal I've ev er eaten. The flavours were exquisite. Thank you Chef Lee. We ordered the Yellow Fin Tuna Poke Bowl and the Salt & Pepper squid both dishes were absolutely outstanding freshest ingredients and the finest of flavours blended to perfection. A beautifully balanced meal. Definitely rate it and can't wait to go back and try more specialty dishes.

Possibly the best gluten free pizza we’ve ever had! So yummy we went twice to have it again. Gluten-free pizza was very hard to find in freo.

Service was fine. Nice pub with well spaced tables.

Great beer selections! Also have an excellent wine selection

Pleasant room, recently renovated in a central Freo location. Very nice common room for working or relaxing. Nice vibe for a drink, and food is quite good. Good all rounder. Bit noisy in the rooms until the pub closes, especially on weekends.

Excellent food without being anything really special. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had the Chilli Mussels which were very tasty with plenty of them. My wife had the fish and chips, also an ample serve.

Hotel is very well located to all places of interest in Fremantle.

The ambience is good here, could get a little rowdy when full. Long tables for groups. Half open air, but sheltered. Excellent local food. A taste sensation. The sardine dish is amazing as was the steak. You pay a bit more for the quality. Service was pretty slick.
