Be is in an excellent location, at the end of the harborside marina and is a short walk into cafes, restuarants and downtown shopping district. The apartments are very clean, well appointed with extra plates and cutlery etc. and good sized kitchen. The apartments are serviced every day, which is nice bonus. Our apartment was across two levels, so no rowdy noise from other guests upstairs and the layout of whole facility made all rooms fairly private. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they even gave a special gift to celebrate Xmas. We stayed for 7 days so parking was included, for shorter stays, enquire about options.
Would certainly stay again when in Fremantle.

Wonderful home away from home!
We had an incredible short stay at Be apartments. Wonderful welcome from lovely staff who organised a note and chocolates for our daughters birthday weekend. Rooms were very well appointed with a Nespresso machine and everything available to cook if you pleased. Beds were very comfortable and we all had great sleeks - very quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to great eateries and the beach for a swim.
We are very excited to book another stay soon! Thanks Be apartments x

I would like to belatedly thank all the staff at BE Fremantle Apartmemts for looking after me for almost 3 months from Oct-Dec 2020. The location is great, quiet and away from the hustle but a short walk to everything in Fremantle. Beautiful views both sides Of the complex but I prefer the view from the north side where you get to watch the sunset every night and watch the cargo ships coming and going and see the fish and swans right outside your balcony. You can get some noise from the gate shutting to the boat pens but most people are considerate. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. I prefer the rooms with doors to the bedroom just to block out that extra bit of light when you want to sleep in!!. Comfy beds. Good size en-suite. Foxtel. Full size fridge in self contained rooms. I had to juggle a few room moves in my time but the staff were very helpful and moved my packed bags when I was at work and if it was possible to avoid the move due to cancellations they did which was much appreciated. It is obviously very popular with many return travellers for good reason. I highly recommend a stay here.

Will stay here again but only in the newer apt block on the top 2 floors. Paid street parking or limited $15pn secure parking. Fishing boat harbour/ yacht club action on the southside apts & marina views from the north side. No additional facilities on site Bikes can be hired. Boat noise & guests smoking on the street or balcony of a non-smoking property can be an issue. This said; staff are pleasant & very helpful.

We stayed in the older section which has 2 bedroom apartments with lounge and kitchen. Coming from a very spacious villa in Margaret River for a couple of nights we found it quite cramped for a family of four with a fair amount of luggage from over three and a half weeks in state. The stairs are too steep and narrow to lug suitcases up without risking your back. The bathrooms have very little sink space to put you stuff. However, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked well with three in each apartment, two for the bedrooms and one large one downstairs.

We booked Be apartments for our wedding night as the reception was being held close by. We also arranged to have the guests stay overnight as well at a reduced rate. We were promised a beautiful room with a welcome treat for us on the day and possibly an upgrade if there was availability.
What was given to us was completely basic, the room was tiny with a small sliding door facing out to the jetty, the bed sheets were stained and old and the bedding was uncomfortable and the bathroom was tired and small. My mother was treated rudely by staff and email communication is not consistent.
Do not invest your money here, for what we paid we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel.

We work tirelessly to deliver quality apartments and an exceptional experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. We are disappointed to read these comments and to view the photos you have uploaded after staying with us over a year ago without any previous comment or feedback directly to us. We pride ourselves on our hygiene and cleanliness standards and our consistent positive feedback in this area is a testament to our hardworking and dedicated housekeeping team who perform thorough cleans prior to a guest’s arrival and daily cleans throughout their stay, with supervisors inspecting all apartments prior to every guest arrival. All linen used in our apartments is provided by one of the largest and most reputable linen companies in Western Australia. We have confirmed with our linen provider the photo depicts not only a style of linen we do not use at Be. Fremantle but also of bedding which has already clearly been slept in with obvious make-up/oil stains. We always welcome the opportunity to address any concerns our guests may have and take each one very seriously with the aim to always learn and improve as a result. You never offered us the opportunity when you stayed or after you left which we find unusual given the serious context of your review and the subsequent findings of our linen provider. Regards Justin Ward Director of Operations

This hotel offers convenience and a picturesque marina view like no others. My husband is very pleased with my choice as we got we see in the pictures. We are able to walk to many good eats, cinema and shopping, about 15 mins. At the Marina, i think this is the only hotel standing, so your room view is one of its kind, and you will enjoy the tranquility as there is no big crowd here. Enjoy the sea breezes at your balcony. Our rooms are at the newer wing, both are very clean and there is enough space with a small kitchenette. Service of hotel is adequate as it doesn't offer full range of services like those big establishments, but we can accept that. Will definitely recommend this hotel and return again if we are in Freo.

We had one of the new apartments at the far end looking ove the marina, the port entrance and the ocean. The apartment was clean and tidy and was cleaned every day. Although it is effectively stuck out on a jetty it is only a short walk to all the attractions and restaurants - it was good to be able to walk off the large dinners! The sunsets were a treat. And a bonus for us, we were able to watch the Queen Mary 2 come down the coast and enter the harbour when she was diverted from Singapore.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom ocean sunset. Overall we had a really nice stay and I would consider staying here again, but there were a few points I'd encourage other travellers to consider.
The sunset room is one of the more expensive, and sadly it was a waste of money for us due to the weather. We stayed for 4 nights in August and I watched sadly each afternoon as the sun disappeared behind a thick layer of cloud. This is in no way the fault of the hotel and it is difficult (if not impossible) to predict the weather. I've attached a photo of the closest thing we got to a sunset.
However, if you are booking last minute, look at the forecast to consider if it's worth it. And such is the location of the hotel that anyone could step out of their room and watch the sunset on the dock. You are right there, as ocean front as you can get.
It was also incredibly windy during our stay (did you know Perth is the 3rd windiest city in the world?) and the howling at night kept us awake.
Parking is $15 per day with limited undercover spots. It seems these are allocated as you check in. In the rainy months, the undercover spots are enviable and we weren't so lucky.
When we checked out, I asked if we could leave our car there so we could walk in for breakfast. I was told no, and that the ticket was cancelled upon check out. This seems pretty weird to me, considering you pay $15 for the day but it apparently finishes at 10am.
They have limited snacks available at reception (for extortionate prices) and convenience stores are a good 20 min walk into town. Continental breakfast is available if ordered (I recall $3 for 2 pieces of bread). No gluten free options.
Finally, we were a bit alarmed one afternoon when we heard someone trying to get into our room. When my husband went to investigate, two other customers had been told it was their room. They apologised, but we didn't hear anything from the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed.
The whole property - a 3 bed, facing the Marina, was spotlessly clean, really well placed, and we loved the 2 balconies which overlooked the marina which was visited by swans and lots of fish.
We had everything we needed to make simple meals when we fancied it and the laundry facilities were really handy, especially after a day on Bather’s Beach.
The sunsets were beautiful and sitting on the terrace in the evening with a little drink or two, was extremely relaxing.
The beds were very comfortable and the property was well serviced every day.
A huge thank you to the team for making our stay really memorable .

Hi there,
We had a 1 bedroom apartment with only 1 bed (Queen size from memory). The apartment size would easily accommodate the four of you as it was quite large.
Hi Stella t for your question,
The Fremantle Markets are open Thursday through to Sunday and Monday public Holidays.
The markets are a short walk away from Be Fremantle. It is a scenic walk along the harbour side and through Esplanade Park into the Fremantle township where the markets are located.
Kind Regards
Katie

Hi Bill M
Sorry for missing this question. We do have in room safes in every apartment large enough to fit a 17" laptop computer.
No it does not it costs $15 dollar a night and it is located right at the end of the accomodation or you park across the road in the council parking take your chances on getting your car broken into and still have to pay for that. I really think you could find better accommodation elsewhere. You shouldn't have to pay for parking on top of your accommodation as it not exactly a cheap place to stay in the first place.
