We booked a deluxe room as it was midway between the two appointments we had while in Perth. They said quiet on the booking page, there was a hammer or some other heavy industry going all night. The majority of rooms have a shared bathroom. It is at best a place for truck drivers or other transient industries. There were stains on the bedding looked like a scene from CSI. There are 2 cups no teaspoons so god only knows how you stir your coffee.
I had to come to Perth for medical appointments at Fiona Stanley Hospital this is very cheap accommodation for Perth close to everything ,clean and friendly staff.A cafe is onsite but be aware it closes at 3 pm so if you want dinner buy before and reheat in the microwave.
Stayed here for 7 nights and first impressions outside it’s a lovely little place.. Cafe on site is lovely and the coffee is good.. Check in was quick and easy and the guy checking me in was lovely and helpful.. Easy to find but it does seem to be in the middle of an industrial estate and you do have to be able to drive to get to anywhere.. The room was really disappointing and I did feel quite claustrophobic at times.. There was only one little skylight in the room.. No windows.. It did feel like I was in a mental asylum at times.. It was clean but there were a few issues which I spotted on the first night.. The carpet at the entrance of the en-suite was wet and I found out why this potentially was when I had a shower.. The shower wasn’t properly sealed so it was leaking out from underneath the tiles.. The shower would benefit from a shower screen rather than shower curtains.. It would make it much cleaner as the shower curtain we had, had soap scum and mould around the bottom of the curtain and it did look like it had a blood mark on the top of the curtain.. The sink was very low and I had to nearly kneel to brush my teeth.. Could do with being a little higher.. The bed was comfy but couldn’t work out how to lock the wheels on it so we were sliding about every-time we got into the bed.. Every morning we were woken up by 8am as there was a lot of loud banging and noise which I’m guessing was from the industrial estate.. If I’m honest It would have been ok if it was for 1 or 2 nights but for a longer stay I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known.. …
We had an 18hr drive from Tom Price to Perth for an urgent medical reason. Rang the hotel and we were able to check in early, which was so appreciated after getting no accomodation and literally driving all night and that morning. Young man at front desk was very helpful, both on the phone and when we arrived in person. Had a very relaxing sleep when we got our room. The room was clean, comfy and tidy. Good hot water, comfiest pillows we've had in a motel. Very Comfortable bed. For a budget hotel we really couldn't ask for better! Outside noise through the day was a bit excessive, but it's not often we'd sleep through the day so that's very minor. Would stay again.
Lovely friendly staff. Allowed a late check out no issues. Clean and well planned facilities. Great for business. Free use of ironing, washing machine and has a fridge inside room and communal fridge to use. Microwave also free to use. Cafe on site. In a quieter industrial area so be prepared to catch taxi or uber. A few spas and massage just metres down the road
