Got tickets for Water Park access for only $15, spent the day enjoying with kids.
Lunch is pricey it’s best to get the burger deals or hot dogs outside in the hallway.
You must rent towels for $5 down and get $2 back so bring your own!

Food was fresh hot and delicious. Lot of variety and service was great. Sunday brunch was $30 per adult and we felt it was priced perfectly. Highly recommend for any birthday brunch or lunch occasion. Staff was very helpful and kept our tea glass full.

I reserved a corner ocean view room but upon check-in was told that they had upgraded my room to their tower. When I arrived at that room, it overlooked some other roofs of buildings and a pool. This was in no way an upgrade. I called the front desk and told them that I was not happy. They found an ocean/beach view room and moved me. It was not the corner room that I had reserved, but it was okay.
As far as the hotel itself, it is a bit dated and needs some renovations. The AC controls in the room does not give an option to select a temperature. It is merely a push button panel with low/med/high buttons (very dated). The room television was very small (about 32", if that much) and the remote control menu was difficult to navigate. I would have to keep pushing the menu button to get it to finally change from the hotel channel to those of the movie and television channels. The remote control requires some sort of ir device located under the TV to work. It looks like a spy camera, but I used my personal bug/camera detector and decided it was just an ir device for the remote (strange and very dated).
Of the three lobby elevators, only one was working. The elevator that takes you to the basement parking makes strange noises and the panel buttons are damaged.
The aquarium located near the lobby had tons of algae growth and was in dire need of cleaning. The lighting in the aquarium was very dim and in need of repair/replacement. This was not an appealing aesthetic.
When I checked out at 0500 there was nobody working at the front desk. I rang their bell a few times and nobody showed so I left my room key on their counter and proceeded to the airport.
As far as the restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good with several options. The Japanese restaurant Sagano was very nice and the food was great. They obviously have a talented chef there.
The hotel staff for the most part were very nice. It was just the check-in process mentioned above that was very unsatisfactory.
All in all, I will choose a different hotel the next time that I go to Guam.

I stayed at various hotels in Guam, but overall I am satisfied here.
Room:
It is spacious, though unchanged from the onward days, and can accommodate a family of four (including children over 12).
Toilet flow, shower water pressure and temperature are fine.
Services:
The Chamorro cuisine served to guests three times a week is delicious and satisfying.
In my onward days, there were gift cards for people who completed a free game for kids by the pool, but I hadn't done it since rissonale. I'm sorry about that.
Location:
Although it is away from the Tumon area, it is close to a payless supermarket, premium outlets and plenty of car parking.

The swimming pool is very unmaintained. They say they don't have enough towels every day and have to get them from the hotel. Most of the floors are torn up and the water is very dirty. I made a reservation, but check-in was delayed due to their mistake. No one apologized and just told me to wait, which was annoying. Even though I came in after 5 o'clock for 4 days and 3 nights, the room was not cleaned at all and no action was taken even if I asked for it to be done. The service is completely bad. If possible, it would be better to pay more and go for a good product.. I came here for a cheaper price and was very disappointed. I applied for drop and pick-up service, but they said there was no reservation... Be sure to print out all reservation information.

There were some negative reviews about the typhoon, but we were a little worried about the hotel and the breakfast was not so good.
The staff, both the shuttle staff and the front desk staff, were very friendly.
The elevators in the tower building, which we were worried about, were working, and the breakfast venue was not crowded, so we could eat while looking at the sea.
The lounge was open from 16:30 to 19:00, so we only ended up using it once, but we could drink as much as we wanted, including original cocktails, so we would have liked to use it more (and at other times if possible).
The main focus of our trip was the attached pool, but we also had plenty of fun with the popular manta rays, slides, surfing, and kids' activities.
And the "beach party" hosted by the pool staff at night was so much fun that the kids talk about wanting to go again next year every day.

I stayed for 3 days from September 7th to 9th.
Previously, onward was free for children under 12 with no additional charge, so I thought it would be the same now, but this time, when I switched to Hoshino, I paid the additional fee on site for two children in first and third grade of elementary school.
The front desk told me that the policy had changed due to a change in the company and that there was no other option than paying more or giving up on paying for the accommodation.
After Corona, I was planning to travel abroad with my family happily, but I didn't feel so good.
I checked the price for 4 people as of November.
There was no difference from the price for 2 people, so what is this?
Please take note if you are going to Hoshino.

Booked a room for a weekend staycation. Prices depends on which room you avail.
The stay was well worth it as it comes with a few perks. SUP paddle boards and kayaks are free.
Waterpark passes are included as well.

The cost of room was $240 per night which I don't mind but for that price I would have expected more. The room was not clean there was a used panty underwear still there from previous guest hanging on the lamp and when asked for some compensation they said NO!!

I highly do not recommend this hotel. It is far below the standard of other hotels in the Hoshino Group. While it claims to have newly opened in 2023, it is actually an old hotel without any remodeling. The lobby is completely undecorated, the rooms are outdated with a musty smell, and reporting these issues to the front desk was useless. It absolutely does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. This is not the Hoshinoya Resorts you imagine.

How much the ticket for resort only
