Old used hotel with quite used furniture. You may see at pictures nice hotel with nice reception but by the fact you will find very modest reception in basement and you need to bring your heavy luggage down by stairs, you will find your room with old furniture and some bugs around. The room was wonderfully quiet (my main selection criterion when choosing a hotel) and the decor was modern and tasteful in greys and beige. The hotel is convenient for exploring the Old Town with plenty of restaurants and bars in close proximity. Breakfast was interesting and varied - good coffee.

A truly first-class hotel with surprisingly low prices considering the quality of the facilities. Located right in the heart of the city, a very short walk away from the "Old Town". Extraordinarily courteous, efficient, and helpful staff at the reception desk. A delightful find, I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Visited Vilnius for a long weekend so a nice bed is all that’s required. Bed was comfortable, room great, bathroom great and so was the breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly so we couldn’t ask for more. Hotel well located. Walk out the door and turn left for everything you need to enjoy the sights of the old town. Approx 20 min walk but enjoy and experience what you see en route. Had an amazing time and would recommend this hotel as a great base to see all that Vilnius has to offer. We had a great time. Before Covid I always stayed here visiting Vilniaus. That is why it was so pleasant to me to return. Strategic location one step from Gedeminas avenue. Close to everything. Impecably clean tea facilicies in the room, excellent bathroom. And, of course, amazing breakfast. Salmon, delicious crepes, local milk products. Last but not least: hotel personnel is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Unhappy with my stay. My room was dirty when I arrived. I informed front desk and asked to be moved. They showed me another room but it stunk of cigarettes. Front desk agreed with me and apologised so I was forced to stay in the dirty room. No other alternative or resources offered at all. Extremely disappointed especially after staying at the most amazing hotel in Tallinn and Riga. I don’t recommend.

I had a large corner room, overlooking the river. Very pleasant and comfortable, with a good buffet breakfast included. Good access to the path on the other side of the river for walks/running. Also five minutes’ walk into the old quarter. Excellent value.

On arrival it was noticed it was my birthday and was congratulated and a few minutes lates 2 slices of cake were delivered to the room nice touch. Room was nice double with balcony and view over the river and city nice at night. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice and the overall abience is relaxed. Location was great and an easy walk to shops and attractions . I can reccommend as prices were also reasonable.

Congress Hotel was conveniently located near the shopping belt. The restaurant beside it was an absolute gem. Breakfast was generally nice as well. The room though was a little dated and dimly lit. Nonetheless, the staff were nice and accommodating when we requested for a late check-out. Overall, a pleasant stay in this hotel in Vilnius
