This has to be one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in and I have stayed in plenty. Everything is immaculate. The entrance as you walk through the hotel is amazing. We stayed in the Bob Dylan room from the 26th to the 30th of June. The room was incredible with everything you could need and more. We ate at the roof top twice and food was excellent and the views were to die for. We used the spa every day which was so refreshing after our visits to all the attractions and also enjoyed the wine and cheese every afternoon. What really makes this hotel is the manager (Chuuger) and his wonderful staff a special mention to Olsie, Mark, Jason & Paula who all went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were always met. Keep up the great work. I would highly recommend this hotel and location to anyone.…
Wish we could give the hotel 10 Stars! We initially made reservations for June 2018; due to a number of circumstances (including Covid) we were unable to travel to Budapest until June 2022. The hotel honored our reservation for 4 years even though the initial reservation was non-cancelable and non-refundable! Everyone with whom we corresponded by email was courteous and helpful; we felt like long term friends. Likewise everyone with whom we interacted during our stay was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful, our room spacious and comfortable, the breakfast extensive and delicious, and the staff was WONDERFUL!
This hotel is one of the nicest I have stayed in. You will not be disappointed. It is a perfect location. The rooms are beautiful and the staff could not be more helpful. We had the Elvis room with a cute balcony. The breakfast is also very nice.
What a beautiful and superbly situated hotel this is in the heart of the city but at the same time so tranquil. Unfortunately after a three and a half hour flight delay we eventually arrived at The Aria around 12.30am. Despite this awful hour of arrival we were met with the most wonderful and warmest of greetings by a lady who worked on the front desk whom we later learned was called Vivien. Throughout our stay Vivien was both professional, very helpful and so genuinely friendly. Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice and Jason who looked after us most mornings was always very attentive but again so very friendly. A thank you to the reservation supervisor Rita Ronyecz who organised a room to meet a request we had made….it was perfect. The Aria does not disappoint, beautiful decor, relaxed atmosphere and the staff cannot do enough to ensure your stay is perfect.…
This hotel was not only in a perfect location, the staff was amazing. Paula was helpful, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail surpasses all! Thank you to everyone at the Aria for making us so comfortable.
Elegant. Clean. Professional service. Exquisitely beautiful. The room had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in my entire life. The breakfast is high end and classy both buffet and service. Visiting the skyBar is a must.
Friendly staff welcomed us. Our large room was perfect for our needs - with my husband arriving a date late and joining my daughter and I. The breakfast was lovely and the location fantastic. I like to stay in hotels where I don't need to use transportation to see the city, and Aria is perfectly situated for lots of city walking. The rooftop bar is a must on a nice evening - get your reservations at check in to ensure a spot!
The location; the style and quality of bedrooms and public areas; the standard of comfort and cleanliness; but above all, the staff of the Aria, are all truly exceptional and made our 3 night stay here, without question, one of the best, most pleasurable, trips we have EVER had. Food too was excellent - both breakfasts and one late dinner at the bar. We also ate out in various nearby restaurants, all within two/three minutes' walk, and enjoyed all of them. Lovely spa in the hotel's basement, with pool, jacuzzi, saunas and steam room. Perfect for a dip after a hot day's touring the city. The hotel's rooftop bar, almost in touching distance of the Basilica, is a fabulous feature whether for drinks or dinner. It is however popular with both guests and non-residents, so booking a table in advance, even as a resident, is something I would recommend in order to avoid disappointment. Yes, the superb weather, the abundance of quite stunning architecture around the city, as well as the hotel's musical theme all added to the joy of our stay, but (and yes I'll say it again!) the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, from waiters to senior management, were the overwhelming factors in making our visit just so relaxed and enjoyable. Oh, just one more thing, did I mention the fabulous staff........?!…
WOW… it’s the first time I’ve ever said that when I’ve walked in to a hotel room. 5 star is an understatement… the staff are so helpful and the roof top bar is the icing on the cake. Will be returning very soon.
Charming hotel. Very calm and relaxing in the centre of town. All shops and restaurants around. Magnificent view over the basilica and an enchanting spa. All personnel is really lovely and helpful which makes the trip even better.
