Detailed Reviews
This hotel came recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint! Small and quaint, clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful! The hotel itself is tucked away and quiet yet only a 5 minute walk to the main square. The staff happily booked our airport transfers and a trip to Auschwitz arranged by email before our arrival. Lovely breakfast they even made us a nice pack up to take to the airport on the last morning as we were too early for breakfast. The rooms are fairly small but have everything you need and are comfortable with traditional furnishings. Great value for money! We will definitely be back!

This was my first trip to Poland and I found this gem online, they have 2 other hotels in Krakow as well. This is located just inside the walls and is a great location to experience the city- all walking distance! Our room , 201, was the Presidential suite to accommodate the 3 of us. Soooo charming, it felt like we were home truly. The staff was amazing and helpful with reservations both with private transportation to Auschwitz and restaurants. The Christmas market was beautiful and the whole town decorated for the season. Don't miss the mulled wine! The breakfast in the lower level was equally charming and the best food we had during our 2 week Eastern Europe trip. Further, our overnight train didn't leave until almost midnight and they allowed us to store our luggage in a room . So, a big Thank you for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this beautiful old world hotel! Margaret , Marie and Mary

We have stayed at and eaten at this hotel on numerous occasions when too many guests are with us at our small apartment over the road...
...always we have a good time and this was no exception. The hotel is modestly but very comfortably appointed, well run and exceptionally welcoming.
Our room was spacious and beautiful and very private despite having large feature windows.
In the evening and in spite of the closure of the restaurant owing to the pandemonium, the chef came in specially to do canapés for us before our dinner at home.
Everything was excellent and a big thank you goes to everyone!

This hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars. If I will judge it like 2/3 stars hotel I can say that it was nice stay. But for 5 stars hotel it was absolutely inadequate.
Only good what I can say for this hotel is that it has very good location and private parking even if you need to pay 50 PLN per day for it. Also you can use sauna. And room had quite good sound proof. Rest was very low quality.
Not 5 stars hotel at all. There was not shower gel. Only soap. the towel was like a grater. There was very noisy ventilation system which was not possible to turn off. Everywhere very dusty and room equipment was very old. Bed was quite comfortable but had plastic sheet which was reallly terrible. Room had quite good sound proof but closing the door was very noisy and also ceiling was not proofed so stomping from the upper room was terrible. Room had no curtains so we had to keep the drapes still closed because everybody could look inside. Sauna was nice but had no relax room and generally it was extremely small. Changing/relax/cooling room has 2x2 meters without any ventilation.
Breakfast was very very poor even for 3 stars hotel. This was quite disappointment. Everything was always empty and cold as eggs. Huge disappointment and generally big disappointment from this hotel. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECCOMMENDED.

We stayed 4 nights at this very clean and quaint hotel.
It was located in a cul-de-sac, which was next to the Old Town park ring. Very peaceful and quiet double deluxe room we had on the 1st floor. The room was large and had a large flat screen tv and a mini bar fridge inside the cupboard under the tv. There is also the use of a free safe in the wardrobe.
There is a sauna, which we never used, and you are provided and a robe.
You are a 3 min walk from the centre of the old town which was fantastic.
We had breakfast included in our stay, which was plentiful.
All the staff were helpful and very courteous.

We stayed here at end of March 2023, 6 persons, 3 rooms. Two of the rooms were on the second floor and one in the third floor. All rooms were comfy an clean. Bathrooms were large with a bath tub.
Aircon wasn't that good, but you can open windows, so no problem with that.
Breakfast is served in their restaurant (which is not otherwise open at the moment), selection was fantastic! One of the best breakfast I've had in any hotel.
Service was impeccable, friendly and effective. Check in was extra smooth and, almost forgot...we arrived at 9:30AM and all 3 rooms were ready right away!
Very, very highly recommended!!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and fully enjoyed our stay. The room was small but more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows fabulous. The buffet breakfast was varied and catered for every taste.
The staff, particularly on reception, were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is very well situated for the old town, Wawel castle, the Jewish quarter and the shopping gallery attached to the bus and train station.

This hotel is well situated in the Old Town - close to bars & restaurants, but on a quiet side street.
Our room was great, the hotel was clean and well maintained & the staff friendly and helpful.
Our room had steps up to the bed - which we thought was great, but worth asking not to have if you use a walking stick.

I loved the quiet location in the middle of the Krakow old town and the historical feel of this hotel. Its an absolute gem as far as quality boutique hotels go. The room was opulent and cosy, bedsheets crisp and the mattress just the right firmness. I loved the breakfast in the lovely big and light dining room. They also have a great restaurant on site, with a lovely home-made eastern-European cuisine. We had dinners there on both nights we stayed there. Highly recommend!

Great location near the main square but quiet. Two rooms (Superior and Standard) were both excellent, but Superior was larger and quieter (overlooked outdoor tables while Standard faces the quiet street. Staff was very good and the breakfast was excellent.
