Loved our 4 night stay here. Our room was huge and very comfortable, glad to have the air con too. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and a made to order menu for omelettes, eggs, coffee etc.. Staff were all fantastic, friendly and they spoke great english. Such an amazing location a few minutes walk to the sqaure but away from the hustle and bustle so rooms are very quiet. Will definitely stay again if we are back in Krakow one day.

This updated boutique hotel is located close to the plaza and makes sightseeing a breeze. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only warning I have is for those with mobility issues. The elevator does not go to the top floor, so some in our group had to drag suitcases up one flight of stairs to get to their rooms. Also, the delicious breakfast buffet was located down a flight of stairs from the main hall. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Krakow.

Visited in September 2020 & there were covid restrictions in place. Breakfast wasn't the usual self service offered, instead 3 different alternative options were available but we didn't quite understand these & whilst we selected 1 option on arrival, we varied this each day. Lovely hotel, kept really clean, room was nice & spacious with a good sized bathroom, great shower & hairdryer included. We were at the front of the hotel & this was a little noisy late evening, so if you prefer quiet I'd recommend you request a room at the back of the hotel. The pillows weren't the most comfortable, but we kept forgetting to ask at reception if they had others available. Great location for the main square, it was only a short walk for a few minutes to reach the main square. Felt safe staying here as the main doors were often locked but always someone available to let us in or out.

This hotel was only two blocks from the Cloth Hall and St. Mary’s Basilica. The single room was very comfortable, but did have to keep the window open a bit to cool the room down. Great shower but only one little soap disk given for the entire bathroom. But a mini-fridge and good television. And the breakfast was excellent.

Great location for the price! We had room #43 right at the top of the hotel.
There is a lift but it only goes up to the third floor...there are 2 sets of stairs to navigate which takes you to the rooms at the top so not ideal if you have any walking disabilities.Nice size room and had views across some of the city through 2 skylight windows.
Room was light and airy and despite a nightclub being opposite we hardly heard any noise coming from it.
Room was really clean as was the rest of the hotel,beds were really comfy and the staff were just lovely...nothing was too much trouble!
Continental breakfast every morning with a good choice of hot & cold to choose from.
Two minute walk from main square in Krakow.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location for Krakow City.
We stayed here for one night whilst visiting.
We caught the train from the airport, the hotel is literally half a mile walk from the station.
The staff were friendly and accommodating and spoke fluent English.
The room was huge and exceptionally clean. Tea and coffee were provided, there was also a mini fridge in the room.
Shower supplements were supplied and a hairdryer provided.
We slept well. The bed was very comfortable
Breakfast is buffet style but plentiful and the kitchen staff are more than happy to cook up eggs or pancakes.
It’s just a shame that we were only staying there for one night.

A great location in the old town a 2 minute walk from the main square. A fabulous hotel, great facilities, breakfast was a wide choice of hot and cold food, with an option to have a bagged meal prepared if you have an early start for a trip to the camps etc. This is a fabulous hotel in a great location and is exceptional value for money. We would definitely recommend it and stay again.

It will be hard to find a Hotel in a better location. Reception staff & staff in the Breakfast room very professional & friendly. Breakfast itself was fantastic with a selection of hot and cold food with eggs cooked on demand.
This is an old building and as such this is reflected inside. you will love the dining room in the basement.
Rooms are very spacious as are the private bathrooms.
Excellent value for money, very clean all round & great staff. If i return i cannot see myself considering any where else

I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t opposite a nightclub and extremely noisy at night. Our room was at the front and there was loud music and the sound of noisy clubbers until 4am on Saturday night and until the early hours on the other nights. I sleep in ear plugs and I could still hear it all even with the windows closed. It was a shame as other than that the hotel was very good. The location is great and we walked everywhere, the hotel was very clean and housekeeping was good and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. I would stay here again but only if I had a room at the back.

Krakow is a beautiful city, charming with its history. I do suggest that you stay in a hotel which captures this history. And if you are not willing to blow your budget, this is a great option. Just two blocks away from the centerpiece church of Krakow and staff are always helpful.

Hi yes we found a lovely restaurant just come out from hotel turn right and go to end of path cross over cobbled street, around corner and keep straight heading towards square, cannot remember name, on right couple restaurants, we had pizzas, lovely polish beer etc. we asked at reception lovely girls, they will let you know, be quick as some close at eleven :) ENJOY .
we enjoyed a cup of coffee and apple strudel in the square and had a wonderful time people watching. There's also a delightful park a half block away where one can sit after getting a cup to go.

Hotel is located in the strict city center, so you can stop the car on the street just for a short time of check-in. Later, we recommend to leave a car on the nearest, secured parking place, on Kopernika 1 Street. It is 24h parking lot, the price depends on season (from 60 to 70 PLN / per day).
