Detailed Reviews
We were staying there 1 night with 2 small children (2&4yo).
There was a double bed and a single bed in the room, which is great if you want for the whole family to stay in one room. The room was modern and clean, so was the bathroom. Bath and shower in the bathroom, shampoo kits, etc. Kettle, coffee, tea, mini fridge in the room. Less than 5min walk to the main square and up to 10min walk to the main train station, yet very quiet at night time. Breakfast was beautiful! The breakfast room was lovely! Original brickwork, chillout background music, boutique hotel feel! Proper coffee machines, cereal, granolas, juices, and hot food which was regularily replaced (lovely fried eggs with chives - not like in the big commercial hotels). I would definitely stay again if visiting Krakow.

+1
Excellent location 5 mins from main square. Very clean , comfy beds. Room was big for city centre.
Pillows a bit flat but they provided an extra one when asked. Did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that but it smelt good.
The price was very reasonable and a nice box of chocolates were given as gift when we arrived. Which was a lovely touch.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Hotel staff very friendly, bedroom spotlessly clean, really warm and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a choice of various hot dishes though the piped Christmas music was a bit loud for early morning! This was my second stay here and the hotel has been very tastefully upgraded since my last visit. Superb location being a 5 minute walk from the main square, Well worth a visit.

Hotel was in a good & central location. Bed was comfortable even though we were unable to sleep and room was very clean.
Unfortunately, the service received was not compatible with the quality of comfort or service required. Firstly - our air conditioning did not work in the room, and despite asking we were told no one could come and fix it (in fact the reception didn’t even call back), and we were not offered an alternative room. As the heat was 28 degrees plus we had to sleep with the window open - the noise and party (we think from the hotel own bar!) kept us awake until 4am. You expect some noise being so central, but it wasn’t our fault the air conditioning was broken and we had no help to resolve this issue. Also we paid for breakfast. Due to our lack of sleep we went down about 10am and most of the selection had gone and was not replenished, the coffee machine did not work and there was a covid secure a la carte menu (omelette etc) but were we unable to order this so was very limited in our choice for what we paid!
We tried to explain this to reception at check out and was told ‘sorry’ but had no offer of compensation. All in all, very disappointing stay for such a premium price!

Stayed here with my husband & my parents in January 2020 for 2 nights.
The hotel is beautiful and in such a fantastic location. The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were lovely. Breakfast in the morning was lovely & lots to offer. Was in the basement room downstairs and is a wonderful room.
When we checked in we was given a box of chocolates for a email that we had from the hotel which were lovely - this was a nice little touch.
Tea & coffee facilities in the room, shampoo & soaps. (& slippers!)
The only issue was we checked in around 1.30pm and was told to come back at 2.00pm - I asked if our rooms were ready and I was told no. After being up at 3.00am and with my elderly dad with us going straight up to the room would have been perfect but wasn't the end of the world.
Thank you for a lovely stay & would 100% stay again!

By far one of the best family accommodations in a huge European city! Dominica at the front desk and her colleagues were very helpful great ideas for places to eat. The rooms were great! Clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Difficult to.find accommodations for a family with 3 teenage boys but the Elektor did not disappoint.
Breakfast was fabulous ..fed our sons!
We'd come back ! Thanks Elektor!

Hotel is well located and this is huge bonus. Rooms are dated with No up to date design or functionality. My room was so hot that I couldnt sleep all night amd this was a very bad experience. Staff was very kind.

I recently stayed at Hotel Elektor in Krakow and overall think it was a nice hotel, nice size, clean room with a location that was easy to get to from the Airport/Train and close enough to walk to everywhere.
My only negative would be the AC as it wasn't good, at all. Luckily it didn't get insanely hot during my visit but on the 1st day I set the AC from 24 to 21 and after 3 days it still never got lower then 22.
I would consider staying here again but if it's hot weather I would not stay. If this isn't a factor for you, or not going there in the heat of summer, definitely stay here

Nice hotel if it wasn’t for the smell of sick. The hotel is in a great location, nice big rooms but the room smelt so badly of sick. Like someone had been sick. It looked liked the had tried to clean it up but obviously smells linger.
On a positive the staff were all really nice.

I recall breakfast was available from 07:00; if you are going on a trip to Auschwitz, our pick-up was 07:25 meaning breakast was hurried. So, we made up a few breakfast items and ate them on the way/on arrival. Incidentally, if you are considering booking a trip to the Salt Mine, see my TripAdvisor entry before you book, you can easily do that unescorted.
Dear Guest, so we offer this service. We invite you warmly. Best regards - reception Hotel Elektor
Yes to both, Stayed in a upgraded room but assumed that all are alike when it comes to tea/coffee facilities.
