A group of us stayed here for 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved how the bathroom was situated outside the bedroom yet contained still in our room. Oh and a really nice personal touch was our PJ's were neatly folded up beside our pillows after room service had been. Breakfast continental, with a superb selection of cheeses, cold meats, fruits, salads. Great coffee machine :-) Would definitely recommend and when I go back to Krakow I will certainly stay there again. Many thanks for making our girl trip most enjoyable.

Great hotel in the authentic Kazimierz area of the city. Great night life nearby, with many bars, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel was very reasonably priced and the room was very traditional with a decent sized bathroom. I would definitely book here again, and the only issue was a bit of noise outside at night, but that’s only to be expected, and it was Friday night!

Dissappointed beyond comparison. Booked a stay for May2020. Reservation got cancelled due to Covid19. After we contacted the hotel and wanted a refund for THEIR cancellation we were offered a voucher or a refund. We wanted the refund but up till now( Feb.2021) no refund. We were told the refund would take 6 months. The hotel can only be contacted by phone, they deleted their email adress. We will never book here again and we won't recommend it to family or friends. Shameful!!

I like to write balanced reviews and find positives but I'm struggling to find any with this hotel apart from the location which is in the heart of the Jewish district.
I was hoping for an authentic stay here, I had checked the pictures etc and knew it was dated inside and had no bar. Fair enough.

On arrival the very sullen person on reception allocated us a room. We checked it out and immediately went back to reception to ask to be moved, the answer was no, we are too full. The room was tiny. To the point you couldn't walk around the far side of the bed without turning sideways.
No room there to get dressed, put shoes on etc.

There was a dressing table with a chair. I couldn't pull the chair out far enough to sit on it and get my legs under(see pic) I'm average sized.
The bathroom was ok sized but the shower was a trickle and the shower tray very spongy when stood on. It was difficult not to slip, no rubber mat to make this safer either.
This all made getting ready a nightmare. Two of us a the same time was just not doable.

The room window wouldn't open. It looked out onto a half wall half courtyard.

The handle came off the wardrobe when we opened it. We soon fixed that but it just added to all the above disappointments. I honestly think the room wasn't a "room" initially and they have shoehorned furniture into what was maybe a store room to get an extra room.

Breakfast was ok if you like sloppy scrambled eggs and chopped up bits of warm sausage.
We just had some cheese on bread. There was beetroot, cucumber and tomato if you prefer a salad for breakfast.
You need to put your toast in the toaster the night before if you want it done for breakfast time, it takes that long. One 4 slice toaster for the whole breakfast room. Tables were slow to be cleared. Every morning there were only a couple of clean tables to sit at. The rest were not all occupied but still had dirty plates/cups etc waiting to be cleared.
Overall a really disappointing stay. On the last day we checked out early to avoid being in the room all morning and spent it at a shopping centre sat in coffee shops.
Needless to say we won't be back to this one. My advice would be to book elsewhere in the Jewish district.

My husband and I stayed here this March and is was grand! The hotel staff was so nice and helpful and they kept us updated with information about the coronavirus, making sure we got out of Poland before the borders closed. Our room was always kept clean and it was within close walking distance to food, spa's and the main square. It is right around the corner from the old jewish quarter.
If we ever make it back to Krakow, we will be sure to stay here again!

If your looking for a 5 star experience then this isn't the place for you. However this is a 3 star Hotel that provides what you would expect with this rating. The place is Clean, Tidy and Functional. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is good and plentiful. The room was spacious and comfortable ( the Bed is probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in ). The only down sides. The decor is very, late 70's early 80's and could do with updating and the carpets and upholstery could do with a deep clean. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Just come back from a 3 night break the hotel is in the Jewish quarter plenty of shops and restaurants around. We found to eat and drink very reasonable. It’s a 20 minute walk to the old square. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is adequate. My only disappointment was that we had an attic room and you can easily bang your head getting in and out of bed.

Hotel located in a convenient position, right in the Jewish quarter, with a 10 minute walk to the centre.
Maximum customer care, we were cold and they brought us a small radiator.
We went out for an excursion at 6 in the morning and since we couldn't take advantage of breakfast they prepared a packed lunch for us.
Presence of free water and kettle in the room with tea and coffee.
The only flaw is that the furnishings of the room are really too old-fashioned with the presence of carpet that doesn't give a sense of cleanliness.
