We stayed at the Home hotel for 3 nights the end of November for a weekend break to visit the Christmas market and sight seeing, the hotel was spotless our room was basic but had everything we needed. It was very warm in the hotel and In our room. There is a lift which was good as we were on the 3rd floor, we only used the hotel as a base and somewhere to sleep so was perfect for our needs. They have a safe in the room which was free and they also allowed us to store our luggage after checking out which was great for us as we only left krakow at 5.30 for our flight home. We did pay extra for the breakfast which we only had twice due to being up and out 1 morning before breakfast started to go on a trip. 1 morning there was plenty of choice but the second morning we went a little later for breakfast and there was hardly anything left to eat. The hotel is in a great location with the old town and Jewish quarters within walking distance. We will definitely be booking this hotel for our next stay in krakow

I am a frequent traveler to Kraków and this hotel is my absolute favorite! The rooms are spacious, perfectly clean, the location is amazing (walking distance to all main attractions in the city) and the staff is very accommodating and helpful! I would recommend this hotel with my eyes closed to anyone planning a visit to Kraków whether for a romantic getaway, a family or business trip. Special thank you goes to Mrs Natalia, the Hotel manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure all the guests have a wonderful time during their stay. 5 stars all the way!

A basic but very well located, clean, good value hotel. Bathroom was fine.
Facilities are fairly standard but on a budget it’s so well positioned for the old town, train line to the or port and salt mine.

The room you show in your advert is the room we stayed in. Room 1.12 It’s bizarre . Religion everywhere all faiths accommodated . That didn’t matter to me but the room is huge and to be honest quite stunning, high beautiful artwork on ceilings, outstanding..everything outstanding to be honest including huge bathroom.. Stayed in many 5* hotels before but this is so unique.. my wife and I went primarily for the Christmas markets and the main square/drag is a maximum 10 minute walk, so ideally situated to be right involved in the buzz. Krakow is a lovely city and the costs for food and drink are such good value. Give it a shout .. real nice..

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is very centrally located, a short distance from Krakow Castle, which is ideal for sightseeing. The room was very neat and was cleaned every day. The hotel was very well located, just a few minutes away from the historical center, it was a great choice on that sense. The price was also very good, overall a great price-location relation. The room was on the top floor, so you might need to mind tour head sometimes. The bathroom was also spacious enough for both. The hotel is modern but the decor was very religion related. We had room 3.1 up in the roof with only roof windows - not ideal! I asked for a change but was told hotel was full & to ask next day which I couldn't be bothered doing as only there for 4 nights. Hotel very warm and tidy, rooms basic (no drawers to put your 'smalls'), bean bags and 1 plastic chair. Hairdryer in bathroom packed up but reception brought another one. Breakfast was OK & plenty to choose from but don't expect a full English.
