Detailed Reviews
We loved this hotel - very central and easy to reach from the main train station, professional staff who made check in easy, close to everywhere we wanted to walk to. The hotel was clean, brightly lit, and very much deserves it’s 4 stars.
We chose the Attic room and were very impressed by the size and quality of the room. Lots of storage for our things, very bright, and we enjoyed the ability to close the skylight blinds by using a button. The wifi connection was strong, the provided towels and toiletries were of a high quality, and 24hr reception meant we felt safe.
There is an on site restaurant which we didn’t visit but which had an extensive menu (no vegan/vegetarian options on display however), and a bar we enjoyed visiting with fair prices and a great range of drinks 🍹
Laundry services are also available, and take 24 hours.
We really liked it here, and spoke about returning even from our first day. Thank you!

This hotel is newly refurbished, room was lovely, unfortunately lift was not working, and my partner struggled with stairs so we had to move rooms, this was not so good, as it was noisy and smaller, the breakfast was varied to suit various tastes. Staff were polite and courteous.
The hotel is in a good location, not far from train station and the old town. I would recommend it based on the location, cost and comfort

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would ,it us spotless, rooms are very spacious, great location ,just a 10 minute stroll away from the main square and right across the street from the shopping mall. Very quiet location, but it is not far from everywhere you need to get to .from the moment you enter the hotel to the minute you leave, it is just brilliant. The staff were fabulous, very helpful, and always smiling

The hotel is quite new. The rooms are comfortably furnished and clean. The beds are good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is correct.
The hotel is located right next to Krakow Central Station. To the left of the building, the train tracks pass just a few meters away. A busy road, including tram lines, runs in front of the building.
The rooms are fitted with sound-proof glass, but passing trams and trains can still be heard, especially at the front and on the left side of the building. Train spotters will certainly get their money's worth here ;-)
Provided a quiet room on the right side of the hotel I would consider staying there again.

We booked this hotel because of really good ratings, but it was rather disappointing than a great experience.
Starting with parking, after checking in receptionist mentioned its ok to park in the parking lot, but after 10-15 minutes i was asked to move the car to a specific part of the parking lot. It was odd, but ok.
Room itself was quite new, despite attic feelings (I'm not a big fan of this, but it was not too bad) room felt decent size, the bathroom good size, good water pressure, but cheap amenities, also i found one of the big towels with holes, felt like was used for ages...
For some guests could be a big issue trains riding next to the hotel, for me it was not a big problem, i am used to "city noise", but bear in mind.
Hotel location is good, city center and just 5 minutes walk to the old town.
The worst part was the constant electric breakdown in our room. All started 30 min after our check-in, but the fuse was blowing off constantly even during the night, which led to AC shutting down. The reception was informed, 2 different receptionists "checked" the issue and just explained how to turn on the fuse back and that it... They did not offer room change or anything, even checking out, with rather sleepless night sleep (during our stay outside was about +26C during the daytime) receptionist just informed us they will check it. TBH, i think they know about the issue, but could not fix it, all 3 receptionists created as they knew about this blowing fuse.
Overall, hotel has the potential to be a good place to stay, but management needs to improve not just service, but maintenance as well. We left hotel with mixed feelings, and i give a rating with some credit management will do their job and show more interest in quality.

Arrived late afternoon….very attentive young man on reception. Our room was on the ground floor. Lovely spacious room, bathroom with rainfall shower. Tea & coffee provided & re-filled every day. Fresh water bottles as well, which was a nice touch.
Our room was right next to the train tracks, but the noise didn’t bother us & the trains didn’t wake us up at night. On our first night, the young man on reception recommended us an excellent restaurant nearby ‘Restaurant Galicyjska’ The restaurant was amazing & some of the best food I’ve ever tasted!!
The hotel is situated opposite a shopping centre & is in a fantastic location. 10 min walk to the old town & you walk under an underpass-which has some cheap eateries!
This was our first time in Poland. The staff at the hotel are excellent. They stand every time you walk past, smile & are always happy to help. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very happy with this hotel, the allowed us to keep our bags there before our room was ready. The reception staff we so accommodating I told them the trip was for my sons birthday and they went in to the room and did a birthday balloon display. Everything was clean and lovely.

Had a great weekend stay in this clean and modern hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless with easy access to the old town and train station. The bathroom was modern with a fantastic shower and underfloor heating. The temperature of the room was easy to control which was most welcome after a chilly day exploring the city. The hotel had nice little touches like having the coffee, biscuits and water topped up each day. Also a fridge in the room. Breakfast has a nice selection and very nice setting. Would recommend this hotel to all wanting a base for a city break in Krakow.

Just got back from a solo city break here. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, the staff courteous and informative. The facilities were super with on-site gym e.t.c. The location of this hotel is ideal situation in the old town- all the shops, restaurants, bars and more are just a few minutes away. Would thoroughly recommend!!

We arrived several hours to be told that they had upgraded us to a deluxe room and that itbwas ready. Result!
The initial appearance of the hotel is gra d and spotlessly clean. We walked up the decorative stairs to the first floor to our room, 108. This was on the front of the hotel facing the large shopping centre.
The room was large with all the amenities you'd expect. Tea/coffee facilities, bottles of water, a fridge, and a safe. The whole room felt airy due to the high decorative ceiling. The shower room had underfloor heating with a lovely, roomy shower cubicle.
We had breakfast 2 out of the 3 days we were there. It was basic, and we used more for convenience than anything else. The bar area is ok. The only slight criticism I would say is that the place lacked atmosphere. Breakfast time piped music was played even if one of the songs was the first noel, odd considering we were at the end of March!
All staff were polite and courteous.
We will definitely be returning to Krakow and, therefore, will definitely return to this hotel.
