We chose this hotel because the reviews were good, it's a shame that the reception was closed for two days and the only lady who took care of breakfast didn't speak English. After two days, a lady who spoke Italian very well arrived and helped us solve some problems. The cleanliness in general was just sufficient while the breakfast was really excellent

Excellent staff, excellent breakfast and location not too bad. 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Always trams if inclement weather. We had a slight problem with noise from a nearby venue which was ok if all windows were shut! Forgot to mention a really comfy bed too

We chose this hotel because it is convenient and close to the center. Sore points are: the staff does not speak English (I don't require Italian but at least the basics of English), nearby there is a disco that plays at night until around 4.30 (I don't know if it's just a weekend thing since we stayed overnight for a weekend). For the rest it is average.

Lovely little hotel with good location to everything. Yet it is secluded and quiet. At the back of the hotel there is a beautiful garden. The breakfast is perfect with many different tasty messes, cheeses, pickles and vegetables. Friendly staff. Best hotel on our Poland trip!

Great location in the middle of Kazimierz Jewish Quarter. Walking distance to the Old Town and the Main Market Square. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. There are food trucks, cafes and supermarket in the area.

I stayed here as part of an international group of women doing a course, and it was a lovely place to stay. The architect owner had lovingly converted the old building into a delightful small hotel, including rooms which could be used by our group. The bedrooms were functional but perfectly adequate, with small bathrooms with very good showers. The only complaint I had was that as I was in one of the upstairs rooms, these had been fitted with Velux-type windows into the roof slope and these did not have blinds, hence I was woken by the light at around 5am each morning.
The service from friendly young women was a bit scatty - they frequently forgot essential breakfast items - but they were generally very helpful and their friendly approach made up for the mistakes.
The hotel is situated in Kazimieriz, the Jewish quarter of Krakow and there are many hotels, bars etc. very near and it's not too far to walk to the Old Town.
I'd certainly consider staying here if I visit Krakow again for a short holiday.

As I count myself belonging to the group of rather open-minded people I have been quite shocked and disappointed discovering a mismatch in service due to potential ethical preference in the facilities of Miodosytnia (no room service at all during the stay of 2 nights including sloppy replies after issuing complaints such as "czasem tak bywa" = "sometimes this happens"). Furthermore it has been expected and communicated by the staff to accept troubles as noise during night and defilement by other guests. Considering the given, and obviously nonnegotiable price, I would look out for better alternatives in the area instead of possibly ruining your vacation mood.

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel. I arrived only to be told that they had no room for me and that I had been booked into another place...for the same cost but, as it turned out, an inferior lodging a ten minute walk away with a suitcase. Why they had not bothered to call me, why they had not written to advise me, the receptionist could not explain. This behaviour shows a complete lack of respect for the customer and incompetence, incompetence which, hopefully, will hurt their business.

I had been travelling over summer for business trips to Krakow and generally, most of the budget hotel (or aparthotel as they calls it there) are of the same quality, simple, clean decent rooms. I had stayed in a few places before eventually choosing to stay here for a longer duration of time, mainly because of how quiet it is as compare to other hotels in Kazimierz. The room windows faces a small garden just right behind the church so you won't have sounds of cars and bikes passing by in the middle of the night which can be quite loud (bad experience from other hotels in this area). Secondly, all the staffs in Miodosytnia are extremely friendly and helpful. They would sometimes go out of their way to really help their guests. Breakfast spread was good and if you need to leave early, just inform the reception the night before and they will prepare some food for you early in the morning.
I know some guest had been transfer to another hotel when this place is overbooked but that happen to me a few times with a few other hotels in Kazimierz as well. I have no idea how that works here but it is quite common for this to happen so it's not as scary as it sounds.
The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning so they are a little bit warm in the hottest time of summer. By just leaving the windows open while you are out will keep the rooms cool enough for the night.
Thanks again to all the friendly and helpful staffs here. I will definitely visit again the next time i am back to Krakow and also recommend this place to my friends too!
