Detailed Reviews
We stayed as a group of four, two couple and stayed in the Duplex apartment, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen had cooker, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, toaster, kettle and modernly decorated. The bedrooms are a good size and king size comfortable beds. The bathroom had towels and toiletries and underfloor heating.
The location is perfect, right on the main square and near all of the main attractions and bars.
The staff were helpful and friendly and arranged our taxi to and from the airport.
The only small negative was the rooms not being serviced everyday and towels not changed, but this would put us off going back.
A great place to stay and very good value.

Lovely stay, fantastic hotel. We were in room 27 and aware this was not the biggest room in the hotel, having said this it was quite spacious with a kitchenette and lovely bathroom with a shower. We did not use the kitchen apart from storing water in the fridge. Quiet room looking out onto the courtyard which was a nice view actually. We were bed and breakfast and the restaurant attached to the hotel - Urban Garden was lovely. Can eat inside or out in the heated garden area on the square. We also ate an evening meal there on the first evening we arrived. Which was lovely. The hotel staff were friendly and smiling.
We also booked a Walking tour with Reception and this was done easily and very reasonably price wise. Meeting place directly outside the hotel. During our stay the Covid-19 Crisis was emerging and museums etc closed towards the end of our week. The hotel provided additional information to guests and notices in the lift regarding additional cleaning of public areas etc. We felt safe and very looked after. We will be back most certainly to visit the attractions we were unable to due to the closure and without hesitation will be staying at the Venetian House Aparthotel. We had booked via Jet 2 but aware that you can book directly also and chose your room with the hotel organising airport transfers.
Such a central hotel in the main market square, the best location to stay on a short break in a really fantastic hotel. Thank you to everyone, we really were impressed.

Travelled as a couple to this hotel, it was fabulous and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. On arrival another set of guests were checking in, it sounded as if they had booked some sort of sister hotel as the lady on reception said they wouldn’t be situated here? Not really sure so I suppose just ensure what you book is what you get!
We originally booked a standard double room but I enquired into an upgrade and for just shy of £20 per night we were upgraded to a studio which overlooked the main square, it was huge and very modern. Some brilliant bars and restaurants within 100/200 yards of the hotel, will be returning here without a doubt.

Myself and my wife stayed at this hotel/apartment for 3 nights in mid January. I'll start with the positives.
The location of the accomodation is flawless, you are situated right on the square and are literally surrounded by countless restraunts and shops. The apartment building feels really secure with guests of the hotel having to use a key card to enter the housing area after ten pm, probably not important to most people but I found this to be a big positive. The apartments themselves were incredible, a huge amount of space and lots of modern furniture.
I'll move onto my only negative regarding the accomodation- the sound proofing of the rooms is terrible. We went to bed around midnight the first night of our stay and just as I was drifting off, I thought our apartment had been broken into as the noise from next doors footsteps traveled so loudly into our room. The first night I actually had to move into the living room to get some sleep as I couldn't sleep over next doors noise. The following two nights we were woken up by our returning neighbours. We were lucky our neighbours were a party of reasonably quiet ladies, I can only imagine what a nightmare having a loud group would add to your holiday. I cannot stress how loud the noise travels from the apartment through the wall, every footstep is amplified to the point it sounds like they are in the room with you.
Overall the hotel is in an asking location, amazingly furnished and feels very secure. However, the soundproofing issue would cause me to sadly never return.

We stayed here for a few nights late January. We chose this place due to it’s good reviews and location.
However, there’s one massive flaw. The noise is unbearable. I can only guess due to the design of the apartment building and the hard surfaces, tall ceilings and courtyard that it’s an acoustic nightmare.
First night we were there, from midnight to after 3am, we heard everyone coming up the stairs, laughing, talking etc. It was literally like they were stood in our room.
The second night, we experienced similar and then for over an hour, heard people moving furniture above us.
On the third night, it was more people coming up the stairs and banging doors. I just can’t describe how loud it was.
After the first night, I asked reception if we could move to a room away from the stair well but they were fully booked so we had to put up with it.
Location wise, you couldn’t wish to be more central and the rooms were well kitted out. We ate breakfast at the hotel each morning and that was great also.
But, if you can’t get a good nights sleep at a hotel, that’s a show stopper for me.
I’m afraid that I just couldn’t choose to stay here again, purely based on the noise.

+1
We absolutely loved it here, paid for a room on an upper floor facing out onto the old town square, no noise, no idiots, no bother. There's a tiny lift which takes 2 people plus bags, plus a wonderful sweeping staircase to all floors, our room was through a key controlled side door down the alley on thr left before reception, which by the way was very helpful and polite. You have to look for Benetton signs and then MOLTO Italian restaurant as this is where you can go to get breakfast if you wish (we didn't try it). Rooms large, clean, warm and a comfy bed with plenty of amenities, great power shower, table and a wardrobe in thr entrance hall with an electronic safe. Easy reach of some incredible bars, restaurants and a ten min walk to the castle and the river and another 15 to Kazimierz District which is full of quirky places and loads of WW2 history. We would stay here again and book this amazing hotel and the same room. Thankyou Krakow.

This is a perfect place to stay for exploring the city. Situated right on the market square, the hotel offers a central location with cozy, tucked away rooms where any noise from the streets can’t be heard. Entrance is through a courtyard with an outer gate that closes after midnight and can only be opened with a hotel card which gives a sense of security. The rooms themselves are relatively large, the kitchenette useful (and stocked with anything one might need for cooking). Reception was friendly and kept our bags on the last day. Can highly recommend!

Had a great stay here, from a lovely apartment with amazing square views, to very helpful staff at the end of the phone. Apartments are a good size for a family, and the extra spend for a main square view is well worth it. I was a little worried about previous comments about no reception desk and having to phone upon arrival, but I must say, when I did call, the staff on the phone and those who helped me at site on arrival were very very helpful and sorted a smooth check in and departure for me. I called ahead to tell them my arrival would be before the check in time, and albeit they have no luggage room, they offered to take my bags and store them for me in an unused room and they then delivered them to my room upon check in. Thank you. They also arranged a good quality taxi transfer the following morning, at short notice, so thanks again, you made our family stay in Krakow very enjoyable. Will see you again soon.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would require. The kitchenette was handy with its kettle and fridge as well as being well equipped with utensils and crockery. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the beds were comfortable.
The location is excellent and very convenient for eating in the restaurants in the main square and visiting the attractions and sights of the city.
The staff were friendly and keen to help whenever we had a question.
There isn’t the possibility to store luggage but we were informed that there is a luggage storage facility across the square which was also rather convenient.
The price for our stay was great and we definitely received more quality than what we paid, especially compared to standards in other parts of Europe.
Overall, would definitely recommend!

We have just returned from a 3 night break in these apartments ! There were 3 adults and we had a 2 room apartment with a separate bedroom and a sitting room /kitchen
The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped for everything you would need ! The kitchen area had everything you would need if you wished to cook a meal and also had a dishwasher !it was bitterly cold when we were there but the rooms were always warm and cosy .
The hotel was on the main square so ideal for restaurants and pubs .
There was free wi fi and safe we enjoyed our stay there and wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend
