Detailed Reviews
After a four hour drive from Nówa Sol it was a pleasure to check in at this awesome hotel. The lady at the front desk (Natalia?) was both sweet and helpful and the room had a very inviting feeling. We felt at place straight away. Needless to say the beds were certainly comfy and the espesso mashine much appreciated. The hotel is situated on a very quiet street but yet only e few blocks from the vibrant parts of the Jewish Quarter. The breakfast is served in the restaurant "Trzy Gesi" ("Three Geese", which gives a hint of what their speciality is) on the ground floor and was immaculate (see also my review of the restaurant). I would love to come back and that sometime soon!

The Hotel Perfect was booked as part of a package deal with Jet2.com. This hotel is nicely situated in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow about a 10minute walk to the Old town and all the Tourist attractions. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and was pleasantly surprised. There is a good menu in Polish and English and the staff were very knowledgeable speaking many languages. Our room was on the 4th floor and was very clean with plenty of tea and coffee.
The a Breakfast was of a continental style with plenty to choose from. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful trying to ensure we had a good stay.
On our last day we had a late flight, the hotel offers a luggage storage facility which enabled us to enjoy Krakow to the max.

+1
We stayed at this lovely friendly hotel
We stayed in room 405 an attic room on the 4 th floor at the front of the hotel
What made this really special was we had 5 days of snow which looked magical from our room!
The staff are very friendly & helpful &
Polite, its worth its 4 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The breakfast is nice with a good variety, & the restaurant is decorated very nicely & comfortable
We would definately come back to stay the location is in the trendy jewish quarter by plac nowy which has great bars & restaurants & only a 15 minute walk to rynek glowny main square & wawel castle.
The train from the airport here is really easy to navigate & only costs £6:77 per couple

Stayed here during our 3 day trip to krakow recently. On arrival to the hotel the male receptionist was lovely and spoke very good English. When we got to our room which was the top floor we were very happy with the layout of the room. However when looking into it further we noticed we had a single bed cover each and one pillow. I’ve stayed in many hotels completing two city breaks and a holiday ever year. Now for a 4 star hotel I was expecting more than one pillow each and defiantly since I’d booked a double room expecting a double quilt, however we did ask for another pillow each and this was provided quite quickly. Additionally, the area of the hotel is quite good with about a 20 minute walk to the main square, which if you are happy to walk is a nice walk. However, on a night I would not recommend walking, a taxi is easy enough and about 15pln. Finally we was going to book breakfast for the last day however when returning to the hotel the night before around 9.30/10pm and noticed that cereals etc were already being put out it put us off a little. All in all however I would stay at this hotel again, as it was clean and the receptionist was lovely!

Hi lovely clean hotel, we booked for 9 nights. We wore loyal customers of the Home hotels and stayed many times over last 4 years starting in there 1st hotel, but during our stay we had one issue. The fire alarm went off in the hotel. We came down to reception and told all was fine after few minutes. Myself and my wife went back to our room to head out two hours later for dinner. Upon return we wore stopped in front of other guests we felt so embarrassed and told the alarm came from our room and no smoking was aloud i proceeded to explain neither of us smoke, but the lady just came saying its not allowed. i went to my room to get my wifes two inhalers plus steroid medication for her lungs to show the receptionist these as she is asthmatic, we wore then told this time we wont be charged for the alarm going off this worried me because i asked what if it goes off again i want to know why it was going off, but hte lady could not answer me, i asked are we safe, she still could not answer me. I work in a hospital as a frontline worker dealing first hand with covid patients and needed this holiday and in here there are strict fire regulations and protocols i explained if the alarm came from our room someone should have came to check straight away to check our room was safe and see if there was a fire or where the smoke came from but when the alarm went off this did not happen, i asked on 3 occasions over the following two days to speak to a manager but was told shes in the other hotel or not around, the manager never came to my room to speak to me about the the matter, staff should have checked our room before accusing us of smoking, i even went to my room with one of the receptionist because the following day there was smell of smoke in the hall and the room next to us had smoke butts in an ash tray in the next balcony and could be seen clearly from our balcony. Just be warned if you choose this hotel. i will never be back again. This honestly put a big downer on our stay and we juat wanted to leave. Theres no denying the alarm came from our room but no way wore we smoking, i explained we always had the door open and maybe blew in as the next room always had smokers and there door was right next to ours when both balcony doors wore open, we got no apology. Sorry to say our time with Home hotels has come to an end. If the manager had came and spoke to us as asked we would not be posting this publicly as i always believed things can be dealt with at a local level

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Perfect location for the old town and there are plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Hotel room was very clean and specious, staff happy to top up coffee and water more than once a day and there is a mini bar in the room at an extra charge (reasonable prices) would definitely recommend staying here

Great location. About a 20 minute walk from the main square, but the hotel is also surrounded by a bunch of great food spots.
We loved our room. It was very spacious, clean and well presented. The bed was also super comfortable. We sleep with separate duvets at home so appreciated the single duvets each.
Staff also restocked our room amenities, e.g, tea / coffee / toilet roll / shampoo / shower gel, every day.
Staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who served us after a 4 hour flight delay due to weather conditions.
We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately the restaurant was closed for our stay. We’d definitely stay again though, so perhaps we’ll try it next time! 😊

We were originally booked into the sister hotel - Home Hotel - but got moved at last minute due to no heating. The Perfect hotel was even further away from the city center and there was not much in the way of bars or restaurants in the immediate area. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that both the restaurant and the bar were closed for the duration of our stay which was very annoying.
They did provide the option of a breakfast which was ok and they kindly put together a packed lunch form us, at a cost, to go on our trip to Auschwitz.
As a form of compensation, they offered us a free breakfast on the day we were checking out which proved futile as we left the hotel at 4am!!
The rooms themselves were adequate but this is not the place to stay as it's too far from the center of the city. the staff were polite but all seemed to be very junior and inexperienced ion their roles

Small room, dirty and smelly.
The front desk guy was nice and brought a spray against the horrible smell coming from the bathroon.
The perfume of the spray was do strong we couldn't sleep well because of the headache caused by the smell.
The bathroom had those insects called silverfish, we had to kill., Just disgusting!
Not to mention hair in the bathroom tiles.
The carpets of the room were full of breadcrumbs and we asked in the front dest for some utinsiles to clean by ourselves and desinfect the bathroon, sadly we did not have any response.
The room face the street and it was very loud.
We booked 3 rooms, and all of them were dirty, 2 smelly and the 3 of them loud.
We are having a very bad experience in this hotel. Never again.

Before we travelled, we were advised to stay in the main market square, however, we struggled to fine anywhere reasonable and ended up booking the Hotel Perfect. This is an amazing small hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, with exceptionally friendly staff. Nothing was too much of an issue for them.
There are some excellent restaurants next to the hotel and the market square is literally only about a 10 minute walk away.
Will definitely stay here again.
