Detailed Reviews
Was over in Krakow to attend the Ukraine v Scotland football match in the Marshal Józef Piłsudski Stadium, and having visited Krakow many times before in the past on solo visits, I usually aim towards the main square and train station area, but on this visit I decided upon staying in the Kazimierz district of the city.
Arrived at Krakow Airport at 11:30am, and by time we got through airport security and ordered a Bolt Taxi to take us to our hotel (which cost £8) we arrived at just before 1pm, and while check in was at 3pm, they said our room would be ready in 10 minutes, and we said we would go grab some lunch and come back.
Hotel ticks all the boxes you could hope for, clean and spacious rooms, excellent price, fantastic staff and best of all a breakfast that is super tasty and will probably keep you full right through until dinner time.
Location is excellent, as you are right on the edge of both the lively Kazimierz district, with plenty or bars and restaurants within a stones throw, and only a 15 minute stroll to the main square of the city (and 20 minute walk to the train station).
Was my wife's first time proper in Krakow, and she wants to go again next year, and we will most certainly be back here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. After the initial complication of trying to find it, we were warmly greeted by the 24-hour reception staff and given a beautiful room. It had loads of little extras such as slippers, the mattress was really comfortable and the shower was really powerful. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Great little hotel in a great location in the Jewish quarter - 10 minutes walk from the main square along some very interesting streets. We stayed for three nights. Rooms were clean and very comfortable with T.V. and tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning and water stations in the corridors. Showers were excellent. Staff team couldn't do enough for you and nothing was a problem (extra pillows, taxi, maps etc). Breakfast was plentiful and very varied with fruit juices, coffee/tea options, breads, cakes, meats, fruits, yoghurt, cheeses, jams and veggies plus hot options of bacon, eggs and sausages all served in a very modern and well decorated dining area. I needed gluten free food which was provided. Wine, beer and other alcohol drinks are available (chilled) in the foyer. The only negative was the noise from late night passers-by as we were at the front on a week-end. I would highly recommend this hotel both for location and service.

What a great little hotel! Perfectly located in the Jewish quarter and a few minutes walk from the main square!
All staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, they booked us taxis, gave us extra bedding, arranged airport transfer when we had difficulty with our one through the agent.
The whole hotel is spotlessly clean!
Tip if you are planning on booking excursions pay extra for the breakfast here, it’s not expensive great choice, I have very fussy husband who ate well every morning! Breakfast is served buffet from 7am and most excursions are pick up at 8ish so definitely worth it!
I honestly can’t find any real negative, the beds are a little low and I did struggle to get up but this would not put me off booking again!

Actually a really decent hotel. We were a little bit comprehensive as we booked through wowcher. Couldn’t fault the room other than the view from the window but it was great for £40 a night. We stayed here for 5 nights. There is also water machines on each floor

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay with us and found the hotel to be great value for the price paid. We understand your initial concerns, but we’re happy that you enjoyed the room, despite the view, and appreciated the convenience of the water machines on each floor. We hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future! Best regards, Paweł Marketing & Guest Relations Hotel Kazimierz

The hotel is located in the Jewish quarter of Kasimierz, making it the best starting point for sightseeing in the district of the same name, but the very beautiful old town and Wawel Castle are also within easy walking distance.
The hotel building makes a rather modest impression from the outside and in the entrance area, but it is inviting inside: everything is well-kept and very clean. Our room was very spacious, well furnished (very good beds!) and, above all, extremely clean. The bathroom was also very clean.
The dining room was also very pleasant.
The breakfast was plentiful (cold and warm dishes) and everything was very good and fresh.
We can highly recommend the hotel - not least because of the good price-performance ratio.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much, the rooms were lovely and clean and there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located not to far from many of the main tourist attractions in Krakow, the cleaning staff do a fantastic job our room was cleaned very well. Breakfast was tasty and there was a great variety. The staff on reception were always smiling, all in all a very pleasant stay..... well done everyone who works at this hotel.

Lovely and helpful hotel, nice rooms and great breakfast and most helpful staff. The staff helped make arrangements, booking tours and taxis and making sure I knew where I was going, giving suggestions where to eat and keeping me informed of a strike that could have disrupted travel. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is located in the Jewish quarter, within walking distance we find many places to dine and have an aperitif. We are about 20/25 minutes walk from the center. The staff is kind and friendly. The room was large and very spacious. Comfortable beds and good cleaning. Wide choice for breakfast. The only flaw is that the rooms still have carpet which they evidently rarely clean as the room had a bad smell when you entered. But this is a common thing for many hotels in Poland.

A good hotel in a very nice location. You are very centrally located and (almost) everything is within walking distance. Tram is also close by if you have difficulty walking, and taxis also run everywhere. Breakfast is extensive and good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Shower was nice and warm and there was good water pressure at the head. Had a really great weekend!

Yes they do
They are in the bathrooms
We booked the tour through escape to Poland, we were collected from hotel with a few more from other hotels but all en route, it took just over an hour to get to Auschwitz but they show a dvd on the way all about Auschwitz so made journey interesting. All the tours provide transport and they had leaflets in reception.
20 min from the airport. You can cotact the hotel and they send a taxi for you. :)
Yes you are just a short walk this hotel is very close to everything in in the Jewish Quarters and only 10 min walk to city center
Enjoy
