Stayed for four nights, hotel in a great location staff very friendly and helpful, they recommended a Polish restaurant nearby, we ate there every night.
Breakfast more than adequate we heard a few couples moaning about the lack of English television stations, didn’t bother us, more stuff to do that watch television.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our short break in Krakow mainly thanks to the location and the hotel facilities.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable and room nice and cosy even with freezing temperatures outside. Rooms had lots of beauty essentials, soap, hair & body wash, shower caps, cotton buds. There were 2 bottles of water each day, one natural and one sparkling (the red top one is normal!) Tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a fridge, kettle, tv, safe, hairdryer and plenty of lighting. The breakfast variety was amazing and catered for everyone from sausage, bacon, eggs, toast, cereals, yogurts, salads, oat & dairy free, lots of fresh fruits, cakes, juices and smoothies. The times of breakfast were between 7-10 weekday and 7-11 weekends. The hotel also offers a bar and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we didn’t know how to use lift properly! You had to scan room card over barcode and press floor number at the same time! The hotel was situated walking distance to huge designer shopping centre, Xmas markets and the square. It took us around 15 mins for either. Try a walk past the fire breathing dragon to get to square, it’s amazing! There is plenty of other shops, coffee shops, bakeries, mini markets and supermarkets and restaurants around too. If you’re booking a trip to Auschwitz there is a pick up point ten mins away. The journey is around 25 mins from airport. If you are getting a taxi it is cheaper to order an uber as there is a lot of fake taxis too. If you are buying souvenirs the ones around the square seem a lot cheaper. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, I just wish I had took more photos around this lovely hotel.

Good location in heart of Kazimierz, close to lots of bars and restaurants. More laid back than main tourist area.
Large, comfortable room, warm with easy to control air conditioning.
Basic, no frills extras, just 2 coffee and creamer sachets, limited toiletries. No room servicing but prompt with requests.
Excellent breakfast. Always plentiful and attentive at refilling and clearing tables, which was good as it was VERY busy. Masks and gloves required in dining room but not enforced and few complied.
Sadly bar and restaurant were closed during our visit which was a shame as planned on using for first night due to late arrival.

The only negative was that I purposefully booked this hotel as it said rooms were sound proofed. It most definitely was not soundproof. Insulation between rooms virtually non existent, could hear neighbours opening suitcases, chatting, using bathroom etc. Footsteps from upstairs was like an earthquake.
Our room was over the entrance, where there are benches for guests to sit and smoke etc. Lots of chatter and socialising there which carried into our room.
Didn't realise hotel was on tramline and could hear trams running upto late at night and from around 5 am.
In the summer months you wouldn't be able to have the window open during the night due to the latter 2 issues.
Fortunately always travel with ear plugs so got decent sleep after the first night.

I would stay again but would ask for a room towards the back of the hotel, away from Krakowska.

A group of 8 stayed at the hotel during January 2020.

Check in was made easy by polite English speaking staff.

The hotel is very well located in the Jewish District and the Castle and Town Square were no more than a 20 minute walk away.

The Remah Synagogue is 5 minutes from the hotel and it's history is fascinating.

We were not affected by noise from the trams or church so our stay was very enjoyable.

Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with something to suit all tastes. We didn't dine in the restaurant but found the bar comfortable and staff entertaining.

We recommend this hotel to any prospective visitors. Krakow is a lovely city with so much history.

Below average hotel and defiantly not a four star hotel. Basic but clean. Bathrooms were very small and only a dispenser with soap was provided. I asked for body lotion and they did not have. Pillows were lumpy, twin bed was very very small and narrow and the bath towels were thin and in desperate need of replacement.

Great location within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go to in Krakow. Tram works making it a bit difficult around the hotel but it wasn't really an issue.

Room was good and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy apart form horrible plastic mattress protector. We had an initial issue with the heating banging but they moved us rooms straight away. Fridge for milk and (complimentary) water was useful. Only issue which was a real pain was that we asked for a quiet room away from the tram works so they put us at the back of the hotel. we were quite happy until the church right outside started ringing its bells at 6am every morning :( There was also a lot of noise from the street outside and when refuse was being collected from big communal bins below our window.

Breakfast had a good selection and catered for most tastes although we felt the coffee wasn't good.

Staff were all friendly and helpful

I am presently here, right now. Don't believe Bed linens are sanitized. My bed linen for 2 days has had coffee stains / blood spots on the bed sheets. I went to reception to ask for the hotel general manager at 1000hrs today ( Friday) only to be told the manager was not at the hotel and that bed linens are changed every 3 days.
I complained about the breakfast .
As at 0930hrs today the only hot items were scrambles eggs - I say hot but they were only just warm.
There were 2 sausages which were cold and a tray of bacon which was stone cold.
I asked for the manager but the food sever didn't speak English, so I took my plate to the hotel receptionist and asked her to touch the food to prove it was cold.
I asked for the manager but was told he wasn't in the hotel but he would contact me. It is now 1900hrs and no contact.
If the manager is reading this then the reason I am writing now whilst I'm at the hotel is that he cannot say why you didn't tell me at the time.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city, a tram stop close by and a 10 to 20 minute walk from most major sights in the city.
The room we had was facing a central courtyard, so not a great outlook, but it was quiet, very clean and spacious, had a fridge, tea & coffee making, good size wardrobe and comfortable beds. Always immaculately cleaned everyday.
The hotel reception was clean and welcoming and the staff were fantastic, very helpful, plenty of local knowledge, friendly and polite. We needed to phone and check a time and location correction for an excursion, reception staff made the call for us in Polish, made sure we had all the up to date info. Concierge helped take our bags to the room and told us all we needed to know about restaurant timings, breakfast, the bar, places to visit, really great.
The food in the restaurant was delicious. A huge choice for breakfast which would suit all nationalities. We ate in the restaurant on two evenings as there is also a resident discount on the price. The cocktails in the bar were great. The staff again were friendly and polite, even to some really loud annoying person who was there!
I would highly recommend staying here, great place.

We have just returned from a 3 night city break at the Golden Tulip Kazimierz. The hotel is in the perfect location, close enough to the city centre but also far enough away to be a little quieter. The area around the hotel is lovely, plenty of places to eat and drink. There are some lovely little cafes and it’s also close to the Vistula river which we enjoyed an evening walk along.
Our room were very clean and comfortable, tea/coffee facilities and a fabulous walk in shower. The ac kept the room nice and cool. We stayed in room 225 and whilst we had some street noise, it was relatively quiet.
We ate in the restaurant on our first night and received a 10% discount for being hotel guests. The food was fabulous (burgers and pierogi’s), well presented and very tasty. Service was also good, very friendly. We had a few drinks at the bar and the cocktails were fabulous (and very reasonably priced).
Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice with fruit, yoghurts, cereals, bread/rolls, cooked and continental, tea/coffee machine, various juices.
The hotel is kept immaculately clean, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Would definitely return and highly recommend.
Dziękuję

Hotel about 20 mins from airport about £7! In taxi. We downloaded the Uber app and used them whilst there. We booked at a place near hotel with an interpreter for the trip to auschwitz and birkenau. Would recommend they have lots of info that you won’t get doing it on your own.

Hello, We stayed here in March 2019. My wife really likes to sleep with a window open in our bedroom all year round. As such we did hear the roadworks going on early morning which did wake us up. I will say that when we stayed they were actually removing what looked like old tram tracks from the road and these had to be dug out and removed by a huge construction machine. We had to close the window much to my wife's annoyance but it wasn't until 7am in the morning. I am sure they must be well on the way to completion by now. The best thing would be to ring the hotel direct and ask them. They were extremely helpful while we were there and everything else at this place was absolutely perfect for us. We would certainly stay here again without any problems. Good luck with your decision but I am sure the noise will not be an issue now.
