Poor attention, the staff is not friendly. We thought that the room included a/c and it turned out that we needed to pay extra for that; they asked us to pay almost 160% per night to get it. We ran out of water multiple times. Loud sounds at sleeping hours. No wifi when they were suppose to provide it. The room was kind of dirty.
