Hasan and his family were wonderful. The hotel is new and decorated with exquisite taste. Both dinner and breakfast were all delicious. They made us spend an unbeatable New Year's Eve. There was a live music group, they made us a huge cake, we ate some chickpeas instead of grapes all together and we danced to both local music and our music. It was wonderful. They made us feel like home.

We visited as part of an organised tour from Marrakech to Fez as a group of 14. This is a stunning little gem tucked away in the dades valley. A beautiful pool is just the thing to refresh you at the end of the day. The hotel is immaculate, I think it is very new and rooms are pristine, spotless and simply but beautifully furnished. We enjoyed a wonderful meal here to. The only downside is there is no AC in the rooms, which for us in Sept was not a real issue, but in the heat of summer could be challenging.

The hotel is beautiful, new and very clean. The rooms are quite large, beautiful and bright. The inner courtyard is beautiful and there is a swimming pool, where sometimes live music is played so there is a nice atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful and very good and the staff is very kind.

We really enjoyed our stay! Even though it was only for one night, the host was extremely friendly and treated us like family. He was open about having conversations about his country, family, and culture. We were served dinner and breakfast which were both cooked by the family and were amazing! The rooms were very clean and beautiful! Would recommend for travelers who are looking for a family style hotel with a chic feel!

We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay - during our stay the whole family took care of us with incredible generosity and hospitality which made us immediately feel at home. A beautiful hotel nestled away in Dades Valley. We stayed as part of our trip from Marrakesh to Fes and it was the little sanctuary that we needed on route. Excellently prepared traditional Moroccan food catered for vegetarians too. The bed was huge!! and super comfy! We didn't have much time but the hotel had a fantastic pool and a local village nearby. A stellar stay!

Amazing spot!! 5 star hospitality from the hosts here. Hissan was great and made us feel so welcome. The rooms are clean and really cute. The food is amazing!!! My personal favorite was the veggie dish at dinner and all of the delicious dates.

We stayed one night in the Friendly Dades Lodge as part of our desert tour and really enjoyed our stay. We would have loved to stay longer as it was simply a no-fuss package. The rooms were clean, new and had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious and authentically Moroccan. Hassan and his family also gave us a warm welcome with mint tea and snacks. In the evening we sat together with some of the family and were able to learn more about Moroccan culture by a warming campfire. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and can only recommend the Friendly Dades Lodge. If we come to Morocco again we will definitely stop there as it is the best accommodation in Morocco for us so far.

Incredible experience in a beautiful part of Morocco! Hassan welcomed us with tea and treats and a campfire which was lovely. The showers and beds were so warm and the breakfast was…divine!!!! Thank you to Hassan’s wife for the delicious eggs and to the whole family for the hospitality.
