It was just one night, but enough. Service was extremely slow, soup made of powder, minimal breakfast (butter, marmelade), tagine was good. Air condition is extra, bath is big, some dirt under bed. 500 meters from next town worth visiting.

We arrived at the Kasbah Dae Diafi after a long day on the road and the initial impression was not terribly encouraging. Other than our party of 16 the place was empty and the rooms were cold and the hot water and water pressure non existant. I managed to heat my room and the staff prepared a super deluxe Tagine for us.
If they can do something about the water pressure, it would be fine for a budget one night stay , but as it was, a lot of us had to wait 24 hours for a shower.

Room Tip: Test the water pressure. There is nothing worse than not trying to shower under a cold dribble...

Although this hotel looks unpromising from the outside this is a good bet for a night or too. The manager speaks excellent English having studied it at uni and is very friendly and helpful. The rooms at the back were quiet, clean and comfortable and the food was the best we had in a hotel. Very tasty tagine indeed. Breakfast served in the adjoing cafe actually had proper coffee too - morning bliss!

This was our 4th day on a 7 day road trip from Marrakech to the Sahara desert

Initially it was quite out the way from the main part of town and it was very late when we arrived and from the outside I wasn't sure what we where getting ourselves into but once inside the main door it opened out into a beautiful kasbah

We arrived to late to have any food but they still laid on traditional morrocan mint tea and biscuits for us, the accommodation was exceptional, very clean and so tranquil.

They even washed our car for us during the night !!

You'll arrive and be some what dubious but don't be scared because the staff and accommodation where exceptional and I'd highly recommend it for a very decent nights stay

Travelling between Ouazazete and Er-Rachidia recently I had forgotten that it was a Friday until I realized that almost all roadside cafes, restaurants and shops were closed along the route during the middle of the day. As we approached Kasbah Dar Diafa Tourbiste I noticed there were a couple of locals sitting at tables, so stopped the car.

After enjoying an excellent Jus Avocat we were invited to stay for the Friday meal of couscous prepared by the family. How could we refuse! Mohammad, son of the owner joined us for our meal which was enormous and really delicious. One of the best couscous meals I have had in Morocco.

I have no idea what the hotel rooms are like, but the bathroom facilities are spotlessly clean; the food and drinks are great, as is the service and hospitality. Definitely worth stopping here en-route. Free wifi available.

I stayed here with a group for one night and it was great. The restaurant area had a real authentic feel, I think we were the only guests to in the whole place which made it special. Dinner was great, it was a set menu with no choice but everyone was happy with the food. The rooms were very large and the wifi was great. Breakfast was very basic, white baguette bread with jam and soft cheese and tea and coffee and that wsd it. After the fantastic dinner the night before I was expecting a bit more. Overall I'd recommend it. Also, no pool.
