We stayed here for two nights after having a bad experience at another hotel. We were treated like royalty, after telling them what had happened they graciously allowed us an early check in and provided us with refreshments right away. This hotel is in a prime location, very close to the dock for island hopping, parasailing and other water adventures. As well as a wonderful restaurant attached, with happy hour and breakfast, ask for Jeremy he will take good care of you. When it was time for check out Jomar helped us take all our bags to the shuttle and gave us ideas for our next visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Boracay it’s accessibility, cleanliness and friendly staff is top notch.

Our family booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights under their reopening promo rate. For the price, we'd definitely recommend this hotel ❤️ It's about a 15-20min walk to D Mall. Quite far but it was located in a less crowded area which we liked. Upon arriving, they gave us cold towels and drinks, and allowed us to check in 2 hrs early. The hotel looks very classy and the service was excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They emailed us a week before we were due to arrive to make sure everything was set and promptly answered questions. During our 1st night, the AC in one of the rooms broke. It was 11pm when it happened but someone was able to come at once to fix it and even changed the sheets to get rid of the bugs that got in. They also fixed the hot water in the rooms when we raised the issue. We really appreciated that. They cleaned our rooms, changed all our towels daily, and lent out free beach towels and beach mats. The manager woke up early at 5:30am to see us off when we checked out and even called an e-trike to bring us to the port. They also gave us sandwiches and water to bring to the airport. The only thing we can comment is that they might need to renovate/make improvements first before charging the full price for the rooms (Php10-20k/night). There were very noticeable peelings in the wooden console in our room and the wood in the hallway looks like it has termites. There was also a faint sewage smell in the bathroom. The downstairs bathroom was a bit dirty and had a broken faucet. The wifi was not very reliable; it kept disconnecting.

Upon arrival we are greeted by their staff and provided as welcome drinks which tastes really good. The check in process went smoothly and everything was well explained. The room was really good and neat and provided as towels, water, and toiletries. The only problem encountered was the intermittent wifi connection but it was cause by the service provider. Signal data strength for smart was low inside the room. The resort also provides assistance in cleaning the room and you can request it everyday. They also provide beach towels and banig to enjoy the beach. Our stay comes with breakfast, the food was really good.

Check out time even if it was really early was hassle free. The staff were friendly and they will greet you even in the hallways.

Location wise, it is located just beside 7eleven.

Overall, i would recommend this resort.

The hotel is actually pretty old but you know theyre trying their best to serve you well. The elevator is small it can only fit 2 people but you can still use the stairs. They have 2 pools, first one is beside the restaurant with beach view and the other one is an elongated Pool in the Middle of the rooms in the ground floor. The room has ample space but Ive seen more spacious once. The room also has a lot of wood in the design (even the floors) and I dont feel thats best for a hotel near a salt water beach because it gets soaked a lot and i sometimes smell something weird. They have a centralized aircon system and i experienced daily brownouts for about 5 mins then they turn on the generator. They have a pretty stable wifi which was continuous even with the power outage. They have glass bottles for drinking which can be refilled when you call the lobby. There is a restaurant downstairs but a single meal can cost 400-500 which is pretty pricey for me. Overall the experience was good but there are lots of room for improvement.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel is located in Station 3, Boracay. Very accessible to most attractions in the Island. We were a couple and I was first time in Boracay. When we landed in Caticlan Airport we felt at home as we were warmly welcomed and transported via private van, speed boat and private van to the hotel. When we step inside the hotel, the ambience is so relaxing, quiet and clean. All staff are very accommodating, courteous, had smooth check- in and we got a perfect room with a perfect view from the balcony of our room.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thank you for taking care of us. Will definitely recommend this to friends and families.

Hotel's main features are:
1. Their very friendly staff
2. Good location to walk from Station 3 to Station 1 and 2.
3. They have good food as well, you'll think its pricey at first but everything is almost good for sharing you'll be surprise that 1 order of their pizza and 1 plate of nachos can feed 6 persons. You can enjoy this with Live acoustic music - very good musicians by the way.
4. Lastly, for 4days and 3 Nights they have an affordable accommodation price with free daily breakfast, coffee and water refills in your room.

Highly recommended for family and friends. Will definitely come back 😊✌🏻

Had a blast in our post bday celebration with my friends!
My 2022 Bora experience was great not because of the beach and hotel alone but because of these peeps who took care of us!
Let me give credit to all of the staff of White Sand who went beyond what is expected of them.
Kudos to John of Front Desk for patiently attending to our queries regarding our room (there was a slight problem) and to Sir Marlon (OM) for taking immediate action on the problem.
We really felt welcome and cared for.❤️ (as in!☺️)
We also appreciate the care given by Christelle of front desk especially when she recommended a massage therapist na sobrang bait din☺️ si Ate Nelly Garcia.
Kenneth and other room attendants (whom i was not able to get the names) of Housekeeping were also very helpful and friendly during our room transfer.
Hindi ako mapapahiya in recommending Mandarin Premier White Sand to my Family and friends who are planning to go on vacation because of the hospitality I/we have experienced.
Thank you White Sand and beautiful staff!

Pros:

It was a working bora holiday for me this time around and I stayed in house the first few days. The family room for five was very cozy and had a desk but the restaurant and poolside set up was just as conducive for work with a great view of the beach. Wifi was very stable!!!!! So stable we maximised their smart tvs and netflixed all weekend long before sleeping 😂

Set breakfast was good!! Could do with more options

Tried their carbonara and eight burger, give it an 8/10 but burger serving was hugeeeee, suits the price.

What I really loved was their service. It wasn’t a luxury property but their staff, front office and f&b in particular, were super great and made everything seamless!

Cold drinks and towels upon arrival? Free toiletries, slippers, robes, bath and beach towels etc- and a 711 just beside it. So convenient.

Cons:

On arrival, the sliding doors to the bathroom were defective but housekeeping & engineering were quick to action.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room though, there were less every make up room but eventually back at night. Aircon vent was also dusty which didn’t help my cousins with allergies.

Shower door also won’t close properly so water was spilling a bit.

Acknowledging this was an old hotel that was just recently acquired so new management should work on the upkeep of the place bec it’s a great beachfront resort overall!

Ideal hotel location for "staycation" with friends or family; rooms are equipped with essential needs inclusive to the most affordable price. What I like most during our stay is that staffs warmed welcome us. They accommodated us well that brought comforts to our part. In short, quality and best customer service. Environment is clean and organize; plus free internet access everywhere. Good job!

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff are very attentive and accommodating, and the rooms are well-maintained. Towels are changed daily as per request, and rooms are cleaned well whenever we ask for it. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. Bit far from Station 1 & 2, but the great service makes up for it. Great value for money!
