This resort is at boat station 3 away from the noise of the action end of the beach .though not the swankest roomI have ever stayed in it was clean functional and very reasonably priced .I had heard some bad reports about Boracay being a dirty beach but there is now a ban on smoking on the beach front.and this problem has been eliminated .My partner Vivian and I did lots of walking ,and swimming in the Chrystal clear waters and Wally arranged a sailing trip aboard the"LOVE SONG" the skipper Noynoy and his trusty crew Jose ,gave us a wonderful sail to the crystal caves nearby . only wish we had been able to stay longer .

The location is good, nice and quiet enough. There's a bar and a thai food restaurant in the lobby.
The rooms aren't great. No fridge, they changed our sheets almost everyday. The bathroom was always dirty and there was mold. We encountered multiple cockroaches in our room. Had to ask for basic things like clean towels and toilet paper.
Staff was hit or miss, some were so friendly and some were the opposite.
We switched hotels for the remainder of our stay and were way happier. There are definitely better places to stay on the beach for a similar price!
The only plus is location near station 3. We moved to another place after two nights and were happy to escape.
They have their own restaurant downstairs so if you don't wanna walk far.
Spent 3 nights, and they provide room service everyday to clean up my room.
The owners were really nice!
Room was a decent size, bathroom too - had hot water and not bad water pressure = felt human again after a day in the sea... room was clean and the staff were friendly.
Location = boat station 3 and right on the beach, we were far enough away from Party Central yet not too far from the restaurants, etc.
Breakfast was not included, whIch was not big deal. There were no tea/coffee making facilities which was a little disappointing, however we were able to get a thermos of hot water and a couple of glasses so were able to make our own.
It was a shame the guy at reception wasn't particularly approachable as this was our first time in Boracay and chatting with the proprietor and/or staff is how we get the local intel; he appeared disgruntle when we checked in, having booked through an agency????? The staff seemed friendly enough.

There were three of us traveling together and we were on a tight budget. We asked to see the "apartment room" and it looked fantastic -- a living area with a fold-out bed, a small kitchen with stove top and fridge, a nice-sized bathroom and a nice-sized bedroom with a small air con (VERY necessary in Boracay!). We agreed to stay and bargained down to the off-season rate since we were staying for 8 nights (thinking we would just leave if we didn't enjoy the place after a few nights).
The room ended up being great. What you sacrifice in luxury you get back in space and convenience. The two separate rooms were great for privacy, the kitchen was an awesome money-saver (we hit D*Talipapa for fresh fruit, eggs, bread, etc. for breakfasts and lunches), we had our own outdoor seating area (see photos) and the location was perfect for us (a ten minute walk along the beach to boat station 2 -- the active nighttime area). We were certainly surprised at the quality of room we got for 1800 pesos per night (dived by 3, that's only about $15US per person). Oh yeah, free cable and wi-fi!
