Love the cleanliness of this apartment especially the kitchen appliances. Usually I wouldnt expect such clean standard however I was at ease with the cutlery and appliances.
Apartment faces the sea and it has awesome sunrise view.
Quiet neighbourhood and there is a resturant just opposite and a supermarket just round the block.
However I find it strange that the bedroom does not has aircon. It was quite stuffy in the night as the bedroom was west facing. It gets really warm in d evening. We have to turn on the living hall aircon and leave the bedroom door open.

You can not beat the location of this place. Facing the sea on Kingscote terrace. A short walk to the Main Street of Kingscote and also a short walk to the Foodland for groceries. The place is immaculate. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and modern and the laundry large and functional. I parked on the street outside the unit instead of the garage but if you need undercover for your car it is here. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions immediately and they helped me out when I had to leave a day early. The only thing I would point out to would be guests: there is no oven or hot plate. There is a microwave and electric fry pan but I was so busy sight seeing I didn't need to cook.

Spent 4 nights in ground floor unit. Very clean, comfortable bed and lovely water views. Ozone hotel just across the road is the place to eat but there is a good supermarket close by.. Joyleen and Rod excellent owners to deal with.

Pier number 10 exceeded my expectations by a mile. Modern self contained apartment right on the shore.
Spacious living area and bedroom, well appointed with no skimping on furnishings, fittings and fixtures.
Perfectly situated in Kingscote with pubs, cafes, a supermarket, medical centre and chemist all within less than 5 minutes walk.

Will definitely stay here again and recommend pier number 10 to family and friends.

Kingscote is not a large town but this accommodation is central and in walking distance of all Kingscote has to offer. The apartment has all one would need for a short holiday. Clean and plenty of space for two.
We didn't use the garage but it would be useful in peak tourist periods on Kangaroo Island. The laundry was a bonus.
We enjoyed our stay but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning; both related to self catering. Apart from the microwave there was only an electric fry pan which had to be used in the bedroom/sitting area. Cooking smells and cooking smoke could have easily set off the fire alarm but I suspect it wasn't working. The layout of the rooms was inconvenient to wash dishes one had to take everything to the laundry, wash it there and bring it back. A tap and a sink in the cooking area would be good.

We stayed at this apartment for 2 nights on our road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. We had a downstairs rooms which were clean and very comfortable and everything we needed. The apartment was just across the road to the beach and the Pelican feeding which happened each night at 5pm.
There were several restaurants that were good.

Our second stay, this time in the lower apartment.
We actually prefer the lower apartment to the top one as I have difficulty climbing the stairs and we were able to sit out on the front deck, drinking bubbly and enjoying the view of the bay.
You couldn't fault the cleanliness, presentation and standard of the facilities; it was immaculate.
We didn't miss a kitchen as we went out to the nearby hotel for tea which was only metres away.
The bed was very comfortable, the shower a delight and ample free toiletries to use.
We'll be back and are looking forward to it already!!

We chose this one-bedroom unit for the spa bath and for the amazing views from the room. We were very happy with it - the rooms were generously sized and very clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was designed for comfort - including the large TV in the room and finding a stack of magazines to read if you get bored :-).

Despite being advised by Sealink (the booking agent) to contact the owner 48 hours in advance to get the key details, we forgot and rang him at 9pm the night before arrival. He was really friendly and didn't get upset about the late call :-).

We loved our stay at the Pier 10, would definitely go back again!

My husband and I stayed in an executive apartment and were thrilled with the comfort, cleanliness and communication with management. The apartment was spacious and the full kitchen was a bonus. Would not hesitate to book again.

Very comfortable and well presented ground floor apartment with spectacular water views. It was fantastic to pull open the curtains and see seals frolicking in the water .The apartment had everything that was needed to ensure a great stay - a kitchenette, a laundry, a clean bathroom, a very comfortable bed and even a garage. The location was fantastic. An easy walk to all amenities, restaurants and cafes. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would have no hesitation on staying here again.

The downstairs apartment has a king size bed only. Also has the lock up garage (access via rear) and a washing machine and dryer. The upstairs does not have washing machine/driver. Upstairs has a full kitchen, downstairs has a mini fridge and microwave. There are a few other items downstairs like electric fry pan but we didnt cook. The 2 units are booked separately/locked separately. If I had a family, I would book both. Both have a small couch.
