The location is perfect as it is walking distance to everything. Great restaurants are located underneath, the beach is across the road along with a great little playground and the surf club. The marina wharf which has plenty of great shops, bars and eateries and the aquarium are a short walk away. Although it was in the middle of the action the apartment was very quiet. We stayed on the 7th floor. Parking is located on the side of the building so you avoid the traffic on the Esplanade. The apartment perfect for my family. Especially my toddler - there was plenty of room to use the portacot and the balconies were all covered with glass to stop her from climbing up. Having a washing machine and dryer was handy. Along with the ability to borrow beach umbrella's, towels and toys at the lobby so convenient. I would the place is a little dated but I find all of the Sunshine coast to be. Staying at the Landmark Resort made our Sunshine holiday!

This resort is so close to the beach, and the amenities were great. Lovely pool and spa (as well as a roof top option), clean, spacious, and everything we needed. We had a partial ocean view which was great.

Great location, shops and restaurants right downstairs. We stayed in a studio, which I wouldnt recommend for more than a single night. Very small and the shower over bath was very difficult to navigate. We will definately visit again, just book a 1xbdrm apartment.

Hi Julie, Terrific feedback on our location, it's certainly our greatest asset. We are just across the road from the main patrolled beach & within walking distance to everything in Mooloolaba. The Studios are Hotel Style rooms offering a kitchenette facility & are very cost effective. They are very popular, but if you want more comfort then a 1 bedroom would certainly cater for longer stays. All the Best Brett Thompson General Manager

For the price, on the Mooloolaba esplanade, the Landmark can’t be beat. Sure, the two bedroom we stayed in was quite dated, but the 180+ degree view of the ocean and hinterland was incredible, making for a perfect sunset and sunrise. We’ll definitely stay again. Perfect for families, with a great little pool and spas, friendly staff, complimentary parking, restaurants, shops, and a short walk to Sea Life and cruises, just out the doors. There was even a nearby cafe open at 5am for us early risers. Pros: - great price for location - good sized 2 bedroom unit - huge balcony with amazing views - on the esplanade (close to almost everything Mooloolaba has to offer) - easy, direct route, to get back to the highway - good swimming pool and spas - the views - friendly staff - free wi-fi (although ours didn’t work) - Foxtel (although our TV lost signal a few times and I had to retune it) Cons: - dated rooms and facilities - dated website (cheapens the property) - one small bathroom for a two bedroom (no bathtub for kids) - a little noisy on weekends (due to being on the esplanade)

Hi jamesdD8324VN, Thank you for the comprehensive review regarding your recent stay at the Resort. It's great to read your details of the Pros & Cons, I would recommend booking the Superior apartments which have more modern furnishings. Our 2 Bedroom Ocean Apartment offer 2 bathrooms if you wanted to upgrade. That aside, you have listed a host of positive aspects of your stay which make for a terrific holiday. Not sure about the Wifi issue, we do offer free wifi & haven't had any issues affecting the building. We do get individual faults regarding fire walls etc. on some guests devices. We do offer technical support for any Wifi issues encountered. We appreciate the recommendation & look forward to welcoming you back to Mooloolaba. All the Best Brett Thompson General Manager
