great accommodation but not a true B&B. This place is run more like a hotel and it was run well. the staff were very nice and accommodating but they also treated the place as a job. attention to detail is what make a place excellent and when staff walk past things that could easily be picked up or cleared away but they choose to ignore then that’s doing you jobs as described not caring for your business as you would as an owner. Still a great place.

We arrived early morning after some months ago asking if this would be ok and being told it would. All we had to do was to phone the housekeeper. The phone number on the email I had received 2 days prior to arrival was disconnected and the number on the board outside also disconnected! After 2 hours and numerous attempts at trying different numbers the manager answered and when he arrived said ‘this is not allowed and he did not care.He tried the number and it was disconnected! Total lack of communication.

Did not find out what it was like at Wunan House. ended up in a cabin at Lake Kununurra Discovery Park which was excellent, right on the lake, bit further out of towm but no problem as I had hired a car.

Wow, how awesome is this place. Adam, the manager was lovely. He picked me up from the airport, then drove me around town to show me where everything was. The room was spacious. Bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for ages. I had the best sleep there. It was close to shops, and library is right opposite. The breakfast in the dining room is great. Lots of cereals to choose from and the pantry has all the little things you need if you are cooking a meal eg.spices etc. I totally recommend this place to stay if traveling to Kununnara.

Our room is 20 m2 and a bathroom of 4,5m2 with a door to the outside path. The bed is 2 x 1,6m. Fridge, AC, Coffee, tea, wireless, very large living (TV) and breakfast area and a spacious inside patio. Next to the living room a complete kitchen with other refrigerators containing breakfast. Behind the inside patio a laundy room with free washer and drier and soap. Drying racks and ironing board. I could wash the dirt from our car in the driveway using a bucket and a hose. The manager lives around the corner.

Wunan House is a comfortable home away from home. I went to Kununurra for work and stayed here, it was great. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is provided (you just serve yourself). I have stayed here twice and will definitely return.

I stayed at Wunan House for one night before flying from Kununurra back to Sydney and was very happy indeed with my stay. The property is very clean and modern, and is set up very well for the independent traveller. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and contain all mod cons. Common areas are open, friendly and well set up, while the dry buffet breakfast, the barbecue and the included use of the laundry facilities being especially nice touches. I found the staff member I met to be extremely courteous, friendly and flexible; for example, he went to extra mile to ensure that my motorcycle was stored safely. All in all, I was impressed by this accommodation, and I will stay there again when I return to Kununurra in September!

This place is wonderful and exceeded all expectations. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there. Room was spacious, comfy and common areas clean and homely. Breakfast was all there whenever you wanted it. Free washing and dryer much appreciated especially when you have been camping for a while. Oh ...and the art is awesome.
