This hotel is a little costly but the rooms are nice and comfortable. However, it is very far from the town center. I recommend that you bring your own supplies of snacks because choices are very limited and prices are quite high.
For additional thrill, know that located just adjacent the hotel is a public cemetery😂

We joined a group tour and the company chose Palalay Hotel. The staff were courteous. We had the standard free breakfast of tapsilog, longsilog, spamsilog, tinapasilog, etc. plus coffee or chocolate. I tasted the longganisa and tinapa with coffee, they're good. We got a spacious aircon room for two with an extra electric fan and tv. The bathroom is clean with hot and cold shower but water from the shower flows towards the toilet so the floor was always wet. The swimming pool looks inviting but I was not able to take a dip because of hectic tour schedule. The hotel is located near our second day tour activities so it was convenient for us. On our way home, we passed by dragon fruits sold along the way and bought some fruits and some cuttings to be planted!

Just recently had at ilocos norte and we stayed jn this Resort /Hotel snd it was the worst hotel I've ever been, The bed is so stiff and it seems the spring from is coming out, low water volume in the CR,the shower is not working properly as well as the faucet, the food at the hotel is so expensive and blunt, it's not worth the money,

This is the best place to stay when you're visiting Philippines located in the North. It's affordable, very relaxing place and very convenient to explore the mountain and the beach... During my stay, the staff made me feel welcome and the hospitality is the best. Will go back again soon.
