We are family of 4, we booked superior room. The carpet was torn and there where holes in it. There are huge cracks in moldings. The beds are so worn out, that they nearly touched the floor when we are in it. It was not good for our backs. We didn’t sleep that night. We had booked 2 nights, we got up 3 in the morning, me and my daughter, where my son and my boyfriend tried to sleep again. We stayed in the lobby until breakfast time and we decided to book another hotel near by. We packed out things after breakfast and put it in the car, until we could check in to another hotel. Only the lobby seemed to be nice and renewed. The service was in the other hand, nice. The receptionist was very helpful during check in and to help find things like baby chair, ice an so on. The breakfast buffet was nice, they are lactose-free products. The rooms look like they need to be renovated. …

Avoid this hotel at any cost! It's dirty, small, noisy and you pay much much more than what you get. The employees not friendly. I don't post reviews much on TripAdvisor but my experience with this hotel was so disappointing and I felt like I was ripped off and this whole thing was a con. My partner couldn't finish the breakfast. It was cold and seemed old.

Terrible. Just terrible. Everything is terrible. Food is terrible. Service is terrible. Staff are terrible. Overpriced. If you want to be treated badly and pay a lot of money for that go there. It's just not worth it. They do this to guests because they rely on the fact that they are travellers who always change.

Dirty, tiny and employees walk into your room unannounced. The manager was not concerned at all. There were also a bunch of dumpsters outside I’ off my window which I had to listen to bottles being broken and smell all the smoke from the s’more employees.

Location is convenient and room is comfortable. We are family with "older" kid, so finding comfortable rooms may be a challenge. Some polishing of room facilities may be done, but overall that does not influenced our satisfaction during a stay. We did not take a breakfast, as we usually do to have a classical breakfast, but prefer to have brunch around noon, so we used hotel facilities. There is a corner with all amenities: fridge, microwave, dishes, glasses etc, so you may go to the supermarket just across the street and take what you need. Location is just perfect, short walk to the sea, metro - to reach the town in few minutes, airport, where we took the train to Malmo.. All in all, perfect stay and highly recommended/

It was an ok hotel but not to be recommended if you are claustrophobic. I suffer from severe claustrophobia and usually take the stairs and not the elevator. This was not an option here. Thankfully the kind night staff helped me take the fire escape route to my room, but in the morning I was reprimanded for by the day-staff since technically that is not allowed. This means that if the night staff hadn't helped me, I would be in full panic or unable to use my room. Not a good start. It did not feel friendly or safe. The breakfast is limited but good quality. If you just need a layover and have no problems with elevators this is perfectly fine.

Friendly staff, minimal facilities, but most importantly, very noisy. Small respite between 3am and 6 am. I had (wrongly) assumed that an airport hotel would be better noise insulated. Going to be a tough holiday :-(. Couldn’t recommend, no matter how low the price.

Stayed here for one night after a delayed flight. I was not expecting the lap of luxury but was astounded that a reputable hotel group like Best Western would be associated woth a hotel of such a poor standard. Where to start? The hallways are long with room doors close together reminicent of a prison. The prison theme continued with small rooms, i had to walk sideways to get around the side of my bed. No air conditioning, stained lamp shades. The shower was tiny with exposed pipework, a dingy curtain and an offensive smell resulted from running the water. It was a miserable room and I could not wait to get out of there the following morning. My advice, stay away!

This hotel is about 17 minutes walk from the Airport over a pedestrian overpass (stairs) so not suitable for walking with luggage. A metro stop is about 5 minutes walking distance. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood and just around the corner from a large supermarket. There are several cheap kebabs tule eateries nearby. The lobby is modern and functional with areas to work in. You’ll need that as the rooms are old, tired and smell musty even with the window open. Rooms are clean and the WIFI works well. My remote didn’t work though. The rooms have a poor layout which makes it difficult to open a suitcase without having to then pack it again to stand it vertically so you can get to your bed. The bathroom is tiny. I’ve been on boats and trains with bigger bathrooms. Plumbing is tired but there is hot water and reasonable water pressure. There’s a weak hairdryer. The mattress rests on two legs rather than a box spring so is very uncomfortable and skin to sleeping on a foldout sofa bed. Staff are ok and will let you store luggage. It’s not a bad place but extremely overpriced for the quality of the room. ($208 for a queen sized room with one person). It’s not up to BW standards let alone a BW Plus hôtel.…

We had to catch a very early flight out of CPH and wanted a hotel close to the airport. The Best Western Plus Hotel was the best price in that area. It was a short walk to the Metro stop (one stop from the airport) and there was a great little restaurant/café next door (Café Le Perr) which was perfect for a light evening meal and drinks. The café offers a discount for hotel guests, but I forget to take advantage of that. There’s a grocery store on the same block, which is nice if you need to pick up something before or after air travel. This hotel is older and in need of a remodel. Everything worked and the room was acceptably clean, but the overall feeling is this is an outdated establishment. It filled our needs. Our contact with the staff was very positive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a long stay, and it is not convenient to the city center. However, for an airport hotel, for one night – it is more than adequate. …
